The owner of the chemist came and told me to place on a mask otherwise I wouldn't be welcome in there anymore unless I wear the ridiculously stupid masks.
It's the law now she says and the part that made me upset as she's owned that chemist for a very long time along with my mothers friend though, he sold out his own half to her.

Canada: have diagnosis, get prescribed stimulants low dose and increasing as needed, drop 12 month script off, get 3 months of meds. Doctor perfectly fine with "drug vacations".
USA: have diagnosis, be prescribed nonstimulants first, find out they don't work. Get prescribed 1 month of stimulants, but be prepared to be called back to the doctors office any day for pill count&urine test, must take meds any day, bring script to pharmacy - sometimes fight with pharmacy, get 1 month of meds. Go back to doctor to get 1 month of stimulant script, or if you are lucky, 3 prewritten separate post dated scripts to drop off at the pharmacy each time.

One of our states had a MASSIVE outbreak and were in a hard lockdown for a few months. Like, couldn’t even leave your house except for 1 hour per day exercise outdoors. Masks compulsory or you get fined. For months. And they battled the outbreak and won.

And you could say that your body does the things that your mind is telling him subconsciously. ADHD is possible. I was recently diagnosed and I recommend the book “Driven to Distraction” by Dr Edward Hallowell. If you read it and relate then it might be worth going in to see a therapist or a psychiatrist. (I recommend starting with a therapist). ADHD doesn’t mean someone is lazy, it just means that your brain works differently. It is also highly underdiagnosed in women, so it is worth looking into.

I felt hideous and swollen for so long and I promise 3 years later (some lucky people swell less see their final results in a year) but at the 3 year mark I was shook, it finally looked amazing. It’s worth the wait and what a perfect time for it ❤️

I was going to say when you bought that book, I read an article on Medium by her about Laziness does not exist, bec that's been one of my thing growing up, I believed in that, still do and feel passionately about it, but I wouldnt have bought a whole book based off that article. I doubt there's (or she has) much more to say on it, don't know why. Can't really say, having not read the book of course.

@@colebe9427 No, I looked up facilities that do the test in my area and I called to make an appt with the psychiatrist. I was diagnosed the same day. I alway felt like I might have it but the TikTok definitely pushed me to actually see a specialist. I am prescribe adderall and have appointments once a month to check how the medication is working. I recommend getting tested, my insurance is able to cover my appointments. Good luck!

"It's just a vlog so I don't worry too much about it." I can't be the only one considering this the main content, can I? Shelby being herself and showing what's going on in her life.

I have a question about Final Cut Pro since I know you edit on that. I bought it for myself a few weeks ago but I haven't been able to use it since everything you add and export takes up way more storage compared to my old editor, even for a simple cut video. Do you have tips to save storage and any hard-drive recommendations?

How do you edit without a mouse? I find it so much easier when i use it. Love the palm springs videos.

How about exercising your creative side and get a big canvas and paint and then put them up for sale.

It was just a big change. That is why you didn't 'like your face'. You've looked one way for so long and now it's different, and, clearly still healing. You're good girl! You look great!

I also do yoga for the face and just massages in order to drain lymphatic liquid. really helps with puffiness !
