Sir, same scenario , 2011 we registered one sale agreement but buyer abscond , agreement shows 3month vaitha for sale. but registere SRO refuse to cancel the sale agreement . can you help me to resolve the same? romba kasta padrom sir, mudiyala.

சார் 9 வருடம் முன்பு இடத்தை 6 வருடம் E M I ல் அக்கிரிமெண்ட் போட்டு பாதி பணம் கொடுத்து இடத்தை கிறையம் செய்து விட்டேன் நான்கு வருடங்கள் முன்பு முமு பணத்தையும் கொடுத்து கிறையம் செய்த இடத்தின் ஒரிஜினல் பத்திரத்தை வாங்கிவிட்டேன் ஆனால் அக்ரிமென்டை ரத்து செய்ய இடத்தை விற்றவர் தற்போது வரை ஓத்துலைக்கவில்லை . வாங்கிய இடத்தை நான் விற்பதற்க்கோ , சொந்த உபயோகத்திற்கோ பயன் படுத்தினால் வில்லங்கம் எதுவும் வருமா?

பவர் ஆப் அட்டார்னி கொடுத்த நபர் தன் பவரை ரத்து செய்வது .மற்றும் பவர் பெற்றவர் பவர் எழுதி கொடுத்த நபருக்கு தெரியாமல் செய்த கிரைய ஒப்பந்த ஆவணம் ரத்து செய்வது எப்படி?
Sir, பதிவு செய்யாத கிரய ஒப்பந்தம் இருந்தால் ஒப்பந்ததை எப்படி ரத்து செய்து பிறருக்கு நிலத்தை விற்பது.
ரத்து பத்திரம் எழுதி கிரையம் ஒப்பந்தத்தை ரத்து செய்யலாம். பதிவு தேவையில்லை.

Sir i have a property its worth about 40 lk but as per document value and regional valu it worth 2 lk ... now we enter in sale agreement registered and unregistered ... as per unregistered agreement we get 10 lk as advance and got remaining 30 lk after completion of registration ( கிரயம்)
As per registered agreement we got 50k as advance and got 1.5 lk after completion of registration ( கிரயம்) the agreement itself have we should deposit the amount as per document in court and complete (கிரயம்)if any encumberence or problem emerged
Now the problem is if the falsely fabricated that we are not ready to accept கிரயம் so we deposit 1.5 lk in court even we are ready to sale property as per market value 40 lk not how we get those 30 lk legally sir ?
Any ways to recover it sir ?
Issue notice for cancellation, cheating etc. If they cheat, file police complaint, criminal case and also file a suit for cancellation.

எங்களுக்கு தற்போது இந்த விஷயம் தெரிய வந்தது ஆகையால் இதை மீட்க முடியுமா என்ற விவரங்களை கூற வேண்டும்
