@@HyunRalphJeong that is false, there is no more light transmission. There is the light transmission as F/1.4 full frame equivalent. Here's a video that explains why in detail: ruclips.net/video/DtDotqLx6nA/видео.html
yes it is, double the brightness, that’s without applying the crop factor to the ISO :) - He explained why this is and it’s a common mistake to forget to change the ISO.
@DigiDriftZone please watch the video again more carefully. With the same settings, the brightness doesn’t change between full frame and crop sensor. He’s saying you have to change the ISO only because you have to use bigger aperture to match full frame’s background blur.
Sharpness is overrated. I like haze.
Really nice, straight to the point review. This was very helpful. Thank you!
I usually want maximum sharpness but kind of like the look of this lens, and for that price might even get it for my fullframe
It's not that it's not sharp. The main thing is the Depth of Field is too thin. My f/1.1 is even too wide open but the bokeh is fantastic.

Looks similar to the Canon dream lens. Its pillow soft wide open.
Please tell.. this APS C lens will act like 85 mm or 50 mm on crop sensor of CANON EOS M50 Mark ii ?
Hmm... Naaa , I don't like the fact that it's not sharp at all. But the price is not bad tho
The fact that it's not sharp helps with cinematography
That's equivalent to f/1.4 on Full Frame, so about the same stuff you would do on the full frame equivalent? :) (minus sharp images)
But more light transmission

@@DigiDriftZone Watch the bit at 16:20. f2.8 on full frame is not brighter than f2.8 on crop sensor.
