Planning to get the Black Capstone in 2025
I wish that space in the second row, in between the Captain's Chair is convertible as cupholders and an extra seat.
Also make the trunk space bigger and make the Capstone as Gas, Hybrid, and a Plug car.
Overall, Toyota cars are all very reliable

I’ve never owned a Toyota but this is Beautiful!! However, would REALLY like to see the third row seats either slide forward a little for little more cargo space or for them to lay flush to the floor. Also for the price point that it is to include DVD player screens like the Nissan Armada. Then it would check all the boxes for me anyway. 🙂

Sharp exterior (perhaps too much chrome?) but interior; primarily middle and 3rd row a head scratcher compared to competitors. With full size SUV’s targeted towards families, would’ve been nice if Sequoia offered mid-row entertainment for this price point. Denali, Expedition, Grand Wagoneers/Wagoneers all offer but Sequoia does not, why?!? Captain’s chairs are fixed when it should slide. Arm rests are too flimsy. 3rd row compromises cargo space. Eliminating power rear gate window complete disappointment; especially when all previous generation had this standard! Handcuffed to only one interior option with Capstone trim frustrating. As much as I want to like updated Sequoia, too many strikes against it for me willing to pay obscene dealer prices. Maybe next refresh will address shortcomings 🤞!
