I finally did it. I retired last month and moved from Nassau Bahamas to Buenos Aires today. BTW, I had no trouble changing US$ for Argentine pesos. Also, there's a new 10,000 pesos note.
You were right about it being packed. I went around noon today, and it was shoulder-to-shoulder packed while I was walking around. It has a good vibe and plenty of food. I'll check it out again. Plus, I like that area, too.
@@GarryMikal Hard to forget about it - you kept on talking about it 😄. If we end up down there, I will go there and try it. I'll let u know what I think. Have had those Italian sausages in Chicago - so they must be good!
Fonda is actually the way we call a spacific type os restaurant. You get lunch/dinner everyday meals home style coooking. Opposite of fancy. A long time ago they were run mostly by spaniard immigrants. The equivalent to an italian cantina. A third restaurant style is the bodegón 😊

Bienvenido a Argentina!🎉
The best way to do it is via crypto.
I love the peace and simplicity of Argentina, just normal people acting normal. 😍
Are you sure?
I’ll be there in exactly 1 week! My hometown, I love it!
I’ve been watching your wonderful videos. You deserve 1M likes!

@@PurlJam-o1k it was difficult
Thanks for the insight. I am going to head down there tomorrow morning. I'm in Agronomia, and the 105 bus will get me close. Thanks for the video.

Great idea to show the scan at the sausage restaurant in the market so that we can see their menu!

@@enzowalls hola enzo! Gracias!
El buen asado argentino es jugoso y bien hecho. Espero que puedas probarlo
There is a butcher shop in the San Telmo market called Puesto 54. You should try the meat they sell. The best asado I have ever tasted.

That's a Marketplace.
Yes indeed
The old building is amazing, the new shop/stores are lame.
