Hello there my problem is that when i take out the power plug and its powered by batteries i cant use the app and its not connected to wifi and not being able to feed or keeping schedule please adress this issue i dont know the point of batteries then :/
When the feeder is powered with only batteries, the WiFi and camera features will close automatically to make sure there is enough power for the feeder to dispense food normally. Therefore, the feeder will go offline and you will be unable to access the feeder on the app and do the operations. However, the feeder will dispense food properly according to the schedule you preset. The WiFi and camera features will come back after you plug the feeder into the power outlet, and then you will be able to access the feeder and check the feeding results in the log. So please use the adapter and power cable to turn on the feeder, add batteries as backup power for emergencies.😃

I keep having an error message ALL THE TIME! Outlet is blocked. No matter how many times I take it apart and put it back the error message comes back again and again. I use small /regular kibbles so it’s not the size of them. It’s annoying as heck. Plus every time after that I have to recalibrate it.

It doesn't work, it connects and after 2 minutes it disconnects from the router, after restarting several times and trying 2 routers it doesn't even want to connect, a total scam.

I agree with you, it's really complicated, and we don't know why the feeder doesn't want to connect to the router.
