Always feels good "when a plan comes together" as they say ,great job boys you're gaining and I still vote super singles an military's on the lift ! Thanks for the ride along test drive almost like I was driving he sounds good!!
I'm impressed! The last comment from me was "are you going to be able to get it out of the shop?" Well, I'm sorry that I ever doubted you! You are one hell of a backer!!!! The truck looks great!
Everything looking good on Lieutenant Dan I don't know if you noticed but you are going to have a hard time getting him out of the door with the outside mirrors I love the way you and Aaron work together on big videos stay safe
For all the fabrication you two did that truck looks great and the dump box isn’t even on yet. You have a right to be proud. Congratulations. Looking forward to seeing it with the box and painted. Don’t forget the steps for Man Behind the Scenes. Lol😀. Stay safe.
Those Pipes are sweet looking. The joy in your voice and expressions are priceless. Who needs christmas morning when you have Lt Dan? Man behind the scenes is like your own little elf !! hahaha, congrats on the build, look forward to seeing it all done.
It drives straight, sounds good, and the heat works. What more can you ask for? It's like MBTS actually knows how to weld. Lol. Looking forward to the next update.
Awesome job on the build! I can’t decide if you two are like two kids with a new toy or a professional advertising company making a commercial! I know which one I’m leaning more towards. Lol
That's cruel, making Aaron stretch all the way up there for a high five. 😂😂 Outtakes included in this video too. Happy days lol. Oh, and Mike... you need to stop calling Lt Dan 'She.' 😂😂
If there was one day when you really upped the filming and editing, then this was that day! Amazing the inspiration a man can get from playing with his toys! 👍😀
HA HA HA!!! 🤣 Thanks for including the part about turning on the heat, with the dust & smoke! I've done similar with the same results, & it's good to look back & laugh. He drives perfect, which proves you guys did an awesome job. Just reviewing videos I've missed & looking forward to when you can bring him back & finally finish.
Well done, Mike. Thanks for all the views of the truck on the road. Already a great vehicle and can only get better with paint and a bed. Thanks for sharing.
Always great when you tackle a big project and it comes out right the first time! That exhaust sounds great too. I think what impresses me the most though was getting it back in the shop! Lol. Well done gentlemen, can’t wait for the next one!
The opener... The Hills are Alive with the Sound Of Music... and Lt. Dan spouting smoke.. 🚚 🚛 🛴 🤣 Thought I heard a Sonic Boom there DP. 😏💥 Interesting place to pick up a hitchhiker... The Cemetery.. 🤭
Those stacks sound good especially when you do the Jake Brakes. Looking forward to seeing it painted new dump bed and tires. For a big truck like LT. Dan. Dan really needs a big Train Horn to complete the package 📦. Gotta have the Train Horn Mike. Have a Blessed One Sir.
Lt DAN is lookin Good !! was really watching the carrier bearing mount couldn't see any twist unless it moves when He gets a load on, you guys are fabbing up a "Working Mosheen" !!
That beast reminds me of the first 18 wheeler I drove back in the seventies. It was an Autocar, I think early 60s model, 290 Cummings Turbo, 10 speed road ranger, pulling a 6500 gal. Tank trailer. She was a beast, long square nose, fenders like yours, and straight cab, no sleeper. Love the beast, Lt. Dan.
that thing is gonna be kick ass. Love it, Man Behind the Scenes needs a raise after the job he did! Cant wait to see it loaded down going through the slop
Thanks. For all of us who knew better than the "internet experts" about getting that truck OUT of the shop, backing it IN to the same place shows you are what my Dad called "a REAL truck driver." I admit it, I also really enjoy watching smug people have to eat a big plate of crow!
Awesome truck!! Love the super singles all the way around! Helped my buddy outfit an IH Paystar 5000 6x6 with dump bed, years ago, but was Allison slush box. I just stumbled on this channel today! Subscribed.

Mike you and Aaron have to be very proud of your work, the truck is awesome.! Thanks for sharing. Kevin
Thanks
That frame looks perfect for Mrs.D.P.’s camper!
I'm impressed! The last comment from me was "are you going to be able to get it out of the shop?" Well, I'm sorry that I ever doubted you! You are one hell of a backer!!!! The truck looks great!
Thanks buddy
Congrats on the test drive. Thumbs up to Man Behind the Scene 👍👍👍
The Lt. sounded good marching down the road. Great video.
Looks and sounds great. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.
Looking good. Dont keep us waiting too long. We need to see the paint Job. All the small Bells and Whistles can be perfected in time.
Some great footage guy’s, another great video. Great job on Lt. Dan. Thumbs up to you and mbts.
Thanks
Them pipes sound GOOUduuuuD! I don't remember the ole military truck I drove rolling coal like Lt. Dan does.
You need to get SOT to cut some Lt. Dan signs to run down the stacks. You and MBTS did a great job. Wishing you continued success.
Agreed. Would set it off nicely. And maybe after they put a X brace on the stacks a name plate in the top part of the X ( in-between).
That’s a beautiful piece of property your drone flew over. Lt looks good and ready to serve.
Damn that sounds bitichin. Love the Jake brake!!
I can tell that officer Hoover didn’t do a safety inspection on that truck before you took her out on the road. 😉 That’s one sweet ride! 👍👍
You and Aaron should be really pleased with yourselves, all that hard work has really paid off.
Thanks
What an intro !! Well planned out project and the finale will be much anticipated. Congratulations!!
Thanks John
👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🗽🙏🏻 Enjoyed! Cool Ole TRUCK! Can't wait for more videos!👍
Lt. Dan is taking shape very well DP. MBTS and yourself are good fabricators. You guys gave Lt. Dan a good voice with the twice pipes.
Oh Mike sounds brilliant. Can't wait to see the bed on and the paint job.
Thanks
Everything looking good on Lieutenant Dan I don't know if you noticed but you are going to have a hard time getting him out of the door with the outside mirrors I love the way you and Aaron work together on big videos stay safe
Great project, looks good, Thanks for all the great videos. It’s nice to see more of your business other than digging and pushing.
Wow wow the beast is a beauty . Love how she's rolling and watching and feels as if am right there
For all the fabrication you two did that truck looks great and the dump box isn’t even on yet. You have a right to be proud. Congratulations. Looking forward to seeing it with the box and painted. Don’t forget the steps for Man Behind the Scenes. Lol😀. Stay safe.

Looking good can't wait to see him finished, definitely needs another trumpet or two or three or four on the cab roof lol
Those Pipes are sweet looking. The joy in your voice and expressions are priceless. Who needs christmas morning when you have Lt Dan? Man behind the scenes is like your own little elf !! hahaha, congrats on the build, look forward to seeing it all done.
Thanks
🔥🔥🔥 THAT MONSTER IS COMING TOGETHER NICELY 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻
Thanks buddy
GREAT shots of the driveline in action! Love those.
Thanks
Plenty of nice footage of the carrier bearing NOT twisting! I was with everyone else thinking that support needed gussets.
I suspect trouble when the bearing goes. However, it's not my truck.
Hmm must not understand how they are built
The only load on the carrier bearing is the weight of the driveshaft and the drag in the bearing
Wow! The different camera angles you used were awesome!
The word "Epic" seems to fall short. That Beast is a thing of beauty. Literally brought a tear to my eye.
Thanks
Epic for sure.
You’re like a little 6’4” kid in a candy store. That beast is looking great. Can’t wait to see her with a dump box on the back.
It drives straight, sounds good, and the heat works. What more can you ask for? It's like MBTS actually knows how to weld. Lol. Looking forward to the next update.
The intro music to introduce Lt Dan is amazing. The video is really cool. You both did a good job.
Thanks
Awesome job on the build! I can’t decide if you two are like two kids with a new toy or a professional advertising company making a commercial! I know which one I’m leaning more towards. Lol
Fantastic old LT DAN DUMP TRUCK
I may be getting old, but I like a somewhat quiet cab. Maybe try a dynamat type of material on the firewall and floorboard?
Beautiful work and craftsmanship 👍
Thanks
Never been number one like or comment. Man this is going to be a great day ! Love this build Michael !
Thanks buddy
You get the cookie 🍪 today. 😁
Glad the road test went well! I bet that a "LOAD" off your mind!
Hello bro so nice good job from India City Punjab 👍👍😎
Looks great,!! can't wait to see final product.. sounds great , looks mean!! Keep it rolling!
The man you bought that truck from is going Dammit that's what I was gonna do with that rig!!
Great job guys. The truck is looking very good.
Get a heat shield plasma cut with your logo or Lt. Dan and brake it to match your stacks.
Loved the intro, fantastic job guys. " NAILED IT"
Thanks

Well done both of you.If it looks right it usualy is right.Great job.cheers from UK.
That's cruel, making Aaron stretch all the way up there for a high five. 😂😂
Outtakes included in this video too. Happy days lol.
Oh, and Mike... you need to stop calling Lt Dan 'She.' 😂😂
It's awesome, it needs a custom visor and deer guard. Love it, nice job.
Just so everything looks uniform you should get some more super singles for the drop axle
Thats what i think too . It would just finnish it off nicely havin all matching wheels and tires .
With super singles you have to look at ground clearance
@@rodneystewart8958 that's why you get smaller ones haha
He’s thinking about it but Mrs. DP isn’t happy with the $10K price tag that goes with a set of super singles and wheels.
Keep it the way it is now for the 1st year at the least!! Unless issues arise of course. .
Sweet ride! Love those super singles on the rear, very aggressive! Sound awesome! Congrats!
Aron really miss the test drive 😂😂😂
Dammm Mike, great job pulling the truck back inside the garage.
I'm getting excited and it's not my truck. Let's go.
Great video Mr Dirt Perfect and Aaron
Lt Dan test drive reminds me of the movie Duel with Dennis Weaver.
Awesome looking truck Mr Dirt Perfect
Thanks
You're side kick reminds me of corparole klinger.
Love the sound of the exhaust. Sound like a mean machine on the pull. I bet with a load it will even be better.
If there was one day when you really upped the filming and editing, then this was that day! Amazing the inspiration a man can get from playing with his toys! 👍😀
Thanks Matt

Hope the fuel tank didn’t fall off!
Spoiler it didn’t
Thanks for the ride..i cant wait to see lt.dan working
Mike one thing will be cool to put on that Captain Dane will be an awesome train horn
Don't know about where they live but in our state it's a big time fine for doing that
@@donniebrown2896 I got both a fire engine horn and train horn on mine
Well done, Mike. Thanks for all the views of the truck on the road.
Already a great vehicle and can only get better with paint and a bed.
Thanks for sharing.
Mike, Hope Officer Hoover doesn't see this video, he'd be handing out tickets for no seat belt and rolling through a stop sign😉
It's an ex-military truck, it probably didn't have seat belts to begin with.
Ok
Does it really matter when you are running an unlicensed vehicle?
Mike, the seat belt hanging behind you left shoulder might diminish your argument just a bit.
Don't forget crossing a double yellow line.
Always great when you tackle a big project and it comes out right the first time! That exhaust sounds great too. I think what impresses me the most though was getting it back in the shop! Lol. Well done gentlemen, can’t wait for the next one!
I can see you both Trust the welding job on that frame since neither one of you have seatbelts on
The opener... The Hills are Alive with the Sound Of Music...
and Lt. Dan spouting smoke.. 🚚 🚛 🛴 🤣
Thought I heard a Sonic Boom there DP. 😏💥
Interesting place to pick up a hitchhiker... The Cemetery.. 🤭
That tractor is a thing of beauty.
Hello guys, I really like it alot .the places I would put that to haul wood. Thank you for taking the time to video
Barge horn would be cooler, especially since he lives that close to the river.
@@littlefinkle7757 sounds good to me too.
i raise my hat to you you acheived a great step in building your dream

Nice rig !! 👍👍
We use one to drag loaded log trailers off the deck to the hardtop .
that thing is gonna be kick ass. Love it, Man Behind the Scenes needs a raise after the job he did! Cant wait to see it loaded down going through the slop

Thanks buddy
I'm liking this truck alot ,it's really coming together guys 👍💪
Good use of the Gantry crane grab the rear end and slide it over, saves time wiggling it in the shop.
Not faster nor will that work
Looks and runs unbelievable mbts all welds passed
Lt.Dan........One Big Mean Machine !!
Awesome truck!! Love the super singles all the way around! Helped my buddy outfit an IH Paystar 5000 6x6 with dump bed, years ago, but was Allison slush box. I just stumbled on this channel today! Subscribed.
Thanks and welcome to the channel
truck really sounds good. cant wait to see it loaded down and towing the tag
Truck looks good looking forward to seeing the bed on
Both of you guys have the biggest smile 😀 Job well done!! That intro music for drone has James Bond all over it. 👍🇺🇸
I wish I had a MBTS. While I would compliment your design work, he is a true craftsman.
Thanks
Man that’s an awesome rig. Thanks for sharing this build with us. 🙏🏼
