- An oldie - great film with Sidney Poitier from Bahamas and the fantastic Lulu of Scotland. This song originally had 2 verses and a third verse was added sometime after. I tried putting all 3 together in this video. Hope you enjoy.

Our world is lacking love and peace such sadness. This song to me is heartfelt and whenever I listen to it I can’t help but get emotionally just like the theme song from Welcome Back Kotter I’m just a sentimental lady who has a lot of love to give. I'm very sad and heartbreaking and I am crying a lot to hear that actor Sidney Poitier passed away I never met him but in my heart he felt like a family member to me he brought joy and happiness in our home with his love and movies and also the great work he done he will suddenly be missed I will always remember him I will never forget him there will never be another man on the face of the Earth that would ever take his place there's only one city party I meant to say there's only one actor Sidney Poitier he's the best yes I'm taking this very hard about him this is so sad and heartbreaking may he rest in peace without Lord Jesus Christ and In the Arms of an Angel

Great video...very nicely done! Loved this movie when I saw it years ago and it is still one of my favorites. Although, one of my colleagues commented on something that I never thought about. She felt that the characters looked to old to be High School students; does anyone else feel that way? He felt that they looked more like college students. Still, I enjoyed the movie. My reasoning is that since some of them appeared to somewhat troubled youth, perhaps they were held back a couple of years prior to HS.
