I had a cat who was always getting in trouble for jumping on the counter. Then one day I caught his brothers being instigators. I set up a cam and caught their act more than once. One would jump up, then the other would act like he was going to jump up. Then the smaller guy would jump up (noisily) and the other two would run off and there would be little bro, on the counter, getting in trouble.

This cat has charmed me in more ways than I can say. Reminds me of a tortoise shell Calico cat my hubby and I had even before we ever married. Mark named her Duchess. She had golden eyes and only one tiny patch of white on her curly long haired chest. She blended into the garden so well, I came upon her and nearly stepped upon her many times. She was the most amazing hunter you have ever seen. No moles or gophers safe in our yard. She even went across the street and cleaned out the feed stores rat population in just over about 4 months. Traffic would stop on the street for her as the tiny body drug across a rat 3 times bigger than her. Legends in the tiny town were born for her. Everyone knew her, but she never let anyone freely touch her but my husband. I couldn't even pick her up outside, not until she was about 10 years old and wanted all of the love she could get. She ruled every dog we ever had at the house. She never once ever ran from a dog. She would meet them with a hiss. If they still approached her..She struck, so swift and strong for such a tiny cat, and the dog wouldn't even know he was got til the blood started rushing. No dog ever came near her again unless they were ours. She was amazing. Lived to be about 15. Slowed down like a clock. One night it was really raining and she wanted out, but I wouldn't let her. My husband let her out. We never seen her again. She knew. Great cat. This one has the same swagger. Going to sub.
I am glad you had all those years with Dutchess. My Ester died at 21 a couple of months ago. We miss her greatly. Her fur sister is still saddened. I am sorry for your loss. May God bless your family, including the four legged members. Stay healthy through these times.
Shorty checking how they bounced after she knocked them down..at the end “ dad ..I don’t know how they all got there...someone should clean this mess up “
We humans, we always take things for granted, even hugely important things like gravity. Yet, thanks to the help of thousands of cats around the globe, we may rest assured that gravity has been tested and is still existing and working properly. That's what I call sense of duty! 👍
My 3-year-old black cat, Thor, loved this video. He moved right in front of the tv and watched very intently. Probably hoping one of those Easter eggs would come his way LOL
Ohhh, what are these colorful things...they kinda wiggle when you touch them....what will they do when I push them a little....oh look at that, I like how they sound when they hit the floor and then kinda bounce....I want to watch it again....and again....and again...and again, again, again.....oh.....now they’re all on the floor. I think I need more!! ❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾
My goodness! It's Shorty, the Easter kitty!! Mission accomplished!! It was great fun to see her look so happy, and enthusiastic, enjoying simple pleasures. Thank you, magnificent Shorty for brightening our day!!🐱👍😏💕💕💕💕
She's adorable! Gave this video a like for my cat. He was watching and learning. At the end he stretched out his paw towards my phone as if to greet her... or hit the like button. Never seen him that intrigued by a youtube video! 😄
Knocking things down plus interesting sound. Purr-fect cat entertainment 😁❤ Edit: Aww. he seemed a bit disappointed when there were no more eggs to knock down.
Took her a while but she finally remembered she's a gravity checker. And a thorough one at that OR "I didn't lay any of you - OFF my throne! Much better"
I would wake up and see stuff all over the floor and wondered what had happened until I watched our cat. Every time the cat pushed something over the edge he would watch it fall all the way down. I should have named him Newton. Thanks for sharing. What a beautiful cat!
I keep trying to count how many eggs Shorty swipes off . First I got 19 , then 18 , then 17 , then 18 again . Now I am not sure . I will have to count them again . Does anyone else hear what I think is Kodi early on giving his little meow five or so times ?
Swap out the eggs for a blender, iron, pot, pan, bowl, glass or dish, and you have my house and my cat! I still can’t believe that he managed to push the blender off of the counter! Some nights I give in and place all of the items that are on the kitchen counter onto the floor in an attempt to get a night’s sleep!😳
Bless Her . She is Adorable . This was the Best thing I’ve seen all day . By far . In fact I think I shall keep on watching it over and over again . Better by miles than any of the rubbish on tv before I go to bed . Thank you .
I had a cat , Colleen who loved to knock the hard plastic tumblers off the counter because she liked the sound they made hitting the tile floor. Crazy car. Rest in Peace Colly cat, you are missed
so sorry to hear about your cat xx Shorty also reminds me of a cat called Baby that lived to well over 20 in real years, his owner Kath died just before her 100th birthday!
Just wanted to let you know that this video of Shorty is my kitty’s absolute favorite video of all time. (For years now) Any time we play it she runs in to watch. ❤❤❤
I love the little head shakes when she watches them bounce sometimes.
It's the look of pure joy in her eyes as she sends another one flying into oblivion.
I love how she's so careful to not touch a single egg in the beginning, and then bam! Her attack begins.
She’s a girl.
@@scarlett_81 Got it!
She is a cute cat
Pushes one, that was fun!, next...
We all knew how this would end. Cats will be cats!
If cats had their own internet, this is what all the videos would look like.
CatTube
No, they'd be watching dog videos and making fun of the ridiculous things that they do. ;-)
My cat is watching this video with me and she seems pretty content.
But with dogs! 😂😂😂
They'd all push each other off the platform XD
The earth can't be flat, otherwise cats would have pushed everything off it by now.
😂
Sooooo true and so funny!😸
i have a art-photo of that - - - a cat on a flat world flipping stuff off

Those eggs brought Miss Shorty such delight! She knows that SHE is the only ornament necessary on that mantelpiece!

🤣😭🤣 Your son must've been like "see! I told you mom!" 😆

That was freaking cute! Awesome!
This was exactly the video I was hoping for! Thanks Rob for posting (and setup), and thanks Shorty for doing all the hard work! 😊❤🐾
You're welcome, and glad you enjoyed it. :)
A table full of things to knock off? That’s Shorty‘s idea of Christmas!
I feel more like idea of Easter.
@@MegaGermanShepherds Yep! Christmas is a NEW BOX!
The way her head wobbles with excitement when she's about to swat another egg!
I love the person for putting all of the eggs on the table almost as much as the cat who knocks them all down.
Shorty's head movements when the first two fell were so cute! And I love how all of the eggs were eventually knocked off the table.
Shorty at first thought - “which one has a treat in it?” After much inspection - “none of them.” Then upon further inspection: “which color egg bounces best?”
She actually looked a little annoyed at one point, since none were opening upon impact.
"Surely there must be treats in one of these!" "Dang it!!!"
I had my money on Shorty clearing all those eggs. Glad to see she never disappointed. Good job Shorty 😸
Awww shorty is having so much fun knocking eggs off the table. I love her.
Cats are hilarious. 😁
I SHALL NOT REST until ALL the eggs are *OFF MY TABLE!!*
Atta girl, Shorty. A physicist in another life, you were.
Hell, she's one now! 😣
Newton?
I think she was comparing the relative velocities of the big eggs and the small eggs to test Galileo's gravitational theories.
What chapter is it!? Sound? Gravity?
Fritz Leiber's - Space Time For Springers.
well that belongs in the category - very satisfying.

The colors in this are really beautiful,
