Stir crazy ... It's the worst thing! God willing and the creek don't rise, some scientist, somewhere, will discover a vaccine for the virus, and we can all go outside! I'm the epitomy of the introvert - but even I have SO had it with being forced to be inside ALL THE TIME!!! I can deeply relate to these kitties!

@@MartintheTinman actually there are several vaccines getting ready for human trials right now, taking different approaches to the virus than have been used in similar viruses like SARS. There are also now at least some treatments that work and can be used to fight the symptoms, reducing the risk of death. The real problem is getting the various health care systems to look at the work that has been done, sharing that information and treatment plans and all getting into a unified approach. Right now its a wild west approach as the UK, USA, Israel, China, S. Korea, Germany, etc all are not sharing the solutions they do have to save lives in treatments..... if they do the same, squabbling over trade secrets, patents etc then their greed may kill us all.

My ginger "Sir Fluffmiester The First" looked NOTHING like Shorty (obviously) but he used to drive me crazy knocking tools off of my workbench! He died in March 2021. I'd love it if he could knock my tools down now but at least I still have his brother. "Elmer" just lays on the back of the bench watching me.

the black & white reminds me so much of grandpa/grandma's load of cats on the farm. they had FOUR generations of lady cats, all the same shorthair colour, from great grandmother, grandmothers, mom, and daughter. Couldn't wait for holidays and summer to see them.

I had a beautiful fluffy black cat like yours, he was really funny to watch too. Love them as much as possible, there the sweetest things ever. My baby choked to death with me trying to save him and it was the hardest thing ever. When you get that special kind of animal that you can do anything too, it's really hard to let them go.
