Do you usually take cruise transportation to the airport or do you go on your own? Let me know in the comments!

I can't believe you remained so calm during this nightmare. Sorry you had to experience it.

I guess the whole thing was a lesson in patience and I learned it was a good idea to definitely book later for flights and trains to be on the safe side. Let’s hope this isn’t typical of Ravenna! Thanks for watching! 😊

Hey where do we get to buy tickets for a bus from the ship to Venice thru Royal
    Caribbean?

You can get them from guest service. They charge you and then give you a time to disembark. If you do this early in your trip. There is no actual ticket. It’s just a reservation and everyone needs a bus to get out of there. Sometimes they ask on a form what your plans are ahead is the departure day. The app was a disaster for us, so talking to guest services at a slow time, like dinner time may be your best bet! The price is not bad

Was this cruise recent? Do I understand that you bought your transfer ( ship to Ravenna train station) at Guest Services onboard the ship, Day 1? If so... could Guest services have issued you a paper confirm/ticket that you did indeed purchase the ticket? To avoid the credit card not transferring.... I guess one could just pay immediately at Guest services?

I wish I could have confirmed that way. I was told to book my departure info on the app. I didn’t know until the night before that my reservation didn’t go through. My cabin attendant said I was self-assist with no bus time. I was charged on my account but there was no paper ticket. So basically you just board a bus and hope your time will be open. This was last year. I thought I had paid in advance for transportation and just indicated where I was going on the app. Do yourself a favor and go in person early in the cruise and get a paper confirmation if they issue that! It should have been better organized

@@BonVoyageCruiseTravel Thank you for the quick reply and tips and info. Hopefully... now after a year.. they have been able to get the app working and buses in place in orderly fashion. Very useful video!
