When it comes to property of this kind I don’t like to use the word owning it, I would rather say transfer.
Can you imagine renovating this palazzo and then bring back some elements that would connect the present to the wealthy and rich past?
Situated in the heart of Galatina only a few steps from Piazza Alighieri.
The down stairs area, with a generous courtyard and packed with original features, could be turned into a very contemporary space.
Upstairs, the world is your oyster 🦪 so many option your mind can travel in!!
When I come across rare property of this kind I would like for someone to jump on board and to say, Davide I will bring it back to life, I’m going to get the children, pets, wife, husband, friends, neighbours and anyone that can make noise back inside!! ❤️

That stairway is amazing!!! That nest of electrical wires is a little scary but the untouched antiques are fascinating; I bet you had a great time seeing it all.
More than a great time! Some time the soul is taken away, leaving a soulless building. When I come across this very rare situations, I just want to make sure that the right person comes along 🙏

What a treasure island! I really hope that the right people will purchase such beauties. Going back to the fountain, we have one here in Jacksonville FL, in my neighborhood. It has been here since the twenties of last century. People also used to cover it. Your passion is contagious, keep it up :-)

As I am from Canada, we have an average price of properties, so probably that’s why I was curious of prices in videos. Then I watched your another video that explained about how Italian houses are unique and cannot have an average price and there is negotiating part of it. Thanks for all the info and I am hopeful to have business with you in near future.

How many bedrooms in the main part of the home? Just the one or is there a second bedroom?
3 at the moment, plus a very large through lounge a big kitchen a huge bathroom and an amazing veranda. All this on one floor.
