Finding a mini mansion in Leverano Italy's historical center | Puglia

- On my trip to Apulia (puglia) I decided to tour around smaller villages in search for potential deals. This video brings us to Leverano, Italy which is just 10 minutes off the western coast of the Apulia. I was surprised to discover what I am dubbing as a mini mansion due to it's finishes right in the heart of Leverano's historical center.

The star shaped vaulted ceiling is exquisite. The marble floors and the high ceilings, plus the cloistered terrazza would all keep this house cool in the hot southern Italian summers. At least 10-15 gradi C below outside temperatures. Equally in the winter, the inside temperature would be more temperate. Heating would be needed, but once the house is warm it should hold some heat through the stone.

This is probably the best property after the one you showed that had the detached artist studio up north. The price is excellent! You would not be able to find anything for that price in South Florida! Granted, the markets are not comparable! My only concern was the parking. I saw that the main door is accessed through a small alley with no parking close by, but saw her leaving through what looks like a back door, that accessed a street with available parking. This one is a gem ! Thanks for showing us these beautiful places ! Best regards to you and the family 🙏

The plans are to visit Spain and Italy next summer, pending on the Covid situation; we are keeping our fingers crossed since we had to cancel all our travel plans this summer because of it. Nice! I actually toured a property that has a view of the beach, just 1 street away with green space between, that is brand new for 140,000 euro. I didn't get permission to share the video, but I will be showing a bit of it in another video just for comparison.

Hi Alice. I want to look into it more, but it has potential. People probably prefer right on the beach or Lecce, but I expect to see a lot of bnb's in that area when have time to search.

That's a reasonable price. I've seen much lower quality and smaller apartments for sale here in Poznan, Poland for about the same price. Do you have any websites that you recommend for a foreigner to glance through what is available? I am guessing there is not really a centralised website that has everything listed.
You can use idealista.it which is also in English, but it definitely doesn't have all available properties

Exactly, I could not have said it better myself, that house is to die for. PERIOD. I really don’t have a clue but just seems a bit out of my price range to fix all of that that large anyways again I don’t know

At the 11:26 mark there is marker graffiti on the wall. How often do you see graffiti like that? Do you ever see spray paint graffiti or other types of graffiti in Italy? This was a beautiful property thank you
There is a decent amount of graffiti in the rural areas of larger cities like Milan. I have grown accustomed to it, but it is less in historical centers like this one.
Beautiful house and the town is very charming. How hard is it to be granted residence or citizenship in Italy. Which area has the best job market?
For the best job opurtunities it's the north of italy between Milan and turin

It's not necessarily hard, you just have to follow the right visa process for your situation. If you need to find work, you should organize that and use it as a way to reside in italy

Bank loans are possible, but a challenge here in Italy. I've done a bank loan, but having an Italian paystub in the family made it easier. Cash has it's advantages, but I know there are solutions for financing as well

Great house but the view is disappointing, I'd need a smaller home with a view and garden.
if i bought this i could convert it to a tao healing centre using light sound and qi transfer..me and the romans would bid death by famine to stay away from our town.
