This was before she "perfected" looking like a child, Leena had to learn a lot... And this was her first American family so of course that she won't look exactly like in Orphan. But you can tell that it's definitely HER. Her face, gaze, movements, gestures... Everything, it can't be anyone but her. Isabelle was 23 when filming Orphan: First Kill. She looks exactly the same, just a little older, as her character is. To all the rude comments... Just let the movie shut your mouths!
This is just one giant cope mate... It ain't that deep, it is just a tiny flaw with the movie because the actress got older. Admitting this won't ruin the movie, all movies have mistakes no reason to act like it is perfect.
@@silas0757 But it is not a mistake, that she looks older is part of the character, she wasn't a child. There's scenes where she looks young like in Orphan and there's others, depending on the light and the make up, where she looks older. But it gives insight on who Leena is. This is not a mistake.

One could argue that the reason she looks older in this film is that this is before she perfected looking like a child. For those who are saying she looks “old”. Ffs. Isabelle’s 25. Some people are so rude in these comments. Yeah, she does look “older”, but some people are really exaggerating her age.
No one actually means that she looks actually "old", just too old for the role. She is supposed to be pretending to be around 9 years old, and no family would believe that.
Also they use a lot of CGI to make the actress look, younger, and use body doubles, but still she could maybe pass for 15, but not 9.

The ending had be cackling, she fr just removed so much blood and fixed herself up inside a flaming house filled with toxic smoke, then walked down the house in a slow pace walk. Cinema fr defying the laws of nature
It’s funny to think she was like 13 in the first movie and had at times play a 26 year old and now it’s the other way around. Isabelle does an awesome job.
This really should be a sequel. There's already an alternate ending to the original movie that shows Ester survives.

acting was sub par, they tried to replicate the same plot again but failed miserably, messed up the twist, rushed through the script and even the vfx was bad! awfully disappointed

@@stfan8938 that's the opposite of the point lol. The whole premise of this film is that a young orphan who looks YOUNG is actually a grown mentally unstable killer stuck in a kids body. Now that actual real world time has caught up to the actor she no longer can give off that "child" like look by just dressing up as one with such a mature looking face and body. The first one worked well cause the actor at the time could still pull off looking 10 years younger.
