Yeah I ride my bike over there all the time and that entire section was dilapidated and fenced off. the entire structure had dropped 2-3 feet in the calm summer time and the restaurant was condemned for a while. either the pylons deteriorated or the sub marine soil had eroded underneath it. but that scares me for the rest of the wharf.
