Latest update DJI RC2 & DJI RCN2 Waypoint test | did they work?

- Waypoint test with both the DJI RC2D Fly app 1.13.9 and the DJI RCN2 Fly app 1.13.8

Busy day with the latest update 1.13.9 for the DJI RC2, had a few problems but all sorted. Flight test with Waypoints on both the DJI RC2 & DJI RCN2 with the DJI Mini 4 Pro
Shaun could you please kindly check if your RC2 still does connect to DJI Fly app on the mobile phone? Since the update I can't this anymore or it got maybe broken. It sais "Not connected to remote control". I already tried different cables and different phones. Charging and file transfer is still working fine, only the camera view via DJI Fly app doesn't work. It would be great if you can check that an let my know. Thanks in advance!
@@Damian-tx9tr Hi, just doing this now and getting on my RC2 "There is no content available for importing on this device". I never use my phone, just my Mini 4 Pro. Best to send a message to DJI Support - good luck.

Nice test Shaun. You’ve been pumping videos out left and right. lol. Oh, I was able to get the RC2 updated to the 1.13.9 and the firmware update was finally available. I felt ripped off by not being able to get the 1.13.8 but I guess that ended up being a good thing. Hahaha
I'm having a break from the updates now - just going out flying :) So many different versions of the DJI Fly app????????????

Kudos to DJI for taking only two days to fix the waypoint bug they introduced in 1.13.8 . The 1.13.9 update fixed the waypoint issues in RC2 for both my Mini 4 Pro and Air3

Hey can you do a range test on the mini 4 pro with rc 2 after this update to check if the transmission range is really improved ?

Amazing what they can do when things are pointed out on a public space. The DJI Coders are in fear of being parted out most of the time anyway.

Hi Shawn it's john from the Philippines. Am about to download the 1.13.9 update. Am just a bit held back by your rc2 turning white which took a while you were downloading the update and it force you to reboot and start from scratch to get it done. I just want to know if this happens to most while downloading or is yours an isolated case. Fyi the 1.13.9 update downloaded to my mobile app guck with no problems but l only use this to transfer videos . Any thoughts?
Hi John, sounds like most people are having no problems downloading. It's a long download and hopefully mine is just a one off but this was a first for me this time - go for it.
