- Yo! So I get asked quite a bit about my truck. So here it is. A full walk around with a bonus Margherita bake in the Gozney Dome. The van is a 1972 Chevrolet P10 step van. It’s absolutely badass. #gozney #cookdifferent #pizza #foodtruck #gozneydome #pizzavan #pizzamargherita #neapolitanpizza #chevy

This dude is the Real Deal! Great job!
I appreciate that!
So close to purchasing a 1970 aluminium shortnose to turn into a pizza van. I still have lots of questions but thank you so much for sharing Adam. I may come take a visit to St Alban's!
This single-handedly has made me want to buy one!!
Super excited for the dough making videos!
Sorry it’s taken so long. Will be worth it
I love your pizza truck . Your pizzas are amazing, but I have a question: What's the name of the blue thing you have for your refrigerator if you don't have a compressor
@@peddlingpizzagood but please consider accepting cash as its always good to give customers more options
@@alejandrosaenz169 not sure what you mean? I have a victron inverter system and battery’s to power my topping refrigeration
@@rejectionistmanifesto8836 i take cash if it’s exact. I don’t carry change.
Was 3 in '72.. You made this AMAZATRON! ... Just WOW!

I love it mate! I wish you the absolute best of luck on this adventure!!!
Thank you.
Amazing set up and skills bravissimo!
Thanks for this video and especially making the pizza while explaining what you are doing.
I just made pizza on my dome tonight vs a cosco electric pizza oven to show a friend why he won't get the same results from that electric pizza oven. He will now be returning it and will wait for the ARC XL to come to Canada. I just sent him this video and told him to watch and learn from a pro!
My dream! Unfortunately, here in Brazil it is very expensive to build one of these. Thank you for sharing your routine with us. I'm your fan!
My pleasure!
That's a sweet setup you got there...😁👍💯
Great video and awesome van 👌👍👍
Awesome mate
Genius set up.
Epic pizza van
From Naples here: Your pizza track is beautiful, from the wheels to your apron, the pizza is very well made. It's nice to see beautiful things
Thank you.

From a stranger from outer space ❤

Very cool van set up and that pizza looks delicious! 😋
Thank you 😋
That's a helluva rig. Nice!
Sure is!
Love the van mate. I'm looking at buying an arc xl in time for summer. Your vids are going to be invaluable - thanks for sharing the knowledge 👍
Glad you like them!
I came across a vid of yours today really impressed and subscribed. What a fantastic set up love the van so unique looks amazing. I would love one of these you’re living the dream mate! Think I will fire up my Ooni later
Welcome aboard!
As an old pie guy, I must say you’ve a very nice set up…
Sic van, stunning looking pizza. Noice man!
Appreciate it!
Very nice
Super cool
Love it ❤
Really enjoyed that Adam. Looking forward to the next one!
More to come!
Great video
Great video Adam, fantastic set up, and very generous of you to share. I have pre paid for my Arc XL so all things being equal,I will receive delivery of my first ever pizza oven that I have wanted for a long time on the 8th March!
Good stuff! Arc is incredible.
0:09 I like the color. I had a van like this, and loved it. It was just my transportation though. Everybody used to laugh at me cause some girl yelled, Frito Lay. Everybody called it the Charlie Chip van too. But they thought it was the coolest thing when they wanted to borrow it. But, I really like your setup. Peace.
Thank you for the visit.
Cool as Adam! Thanks for sharing. DirtyBaitVan
You bet
Love your videos. I’m born and bred ‘Snorbans’ and I return occasionally. Next time I am there I will seek you out to try your pizzas 🍕
Amazing.
Thanks!
Thanks for the tour. You have a unique, cool truck. I didn't catch what the big red Yeti box is for. 🙏
In awe of this setup, Almost cartoon like from the front. Your story from beginning to now is so inspiring. Can't wait to watch this channel go viral. All the best from a wannabee pizza maker. Maybe one day.
Hey. Thanks man. I love this van so much. Definitely catches some looks.
Hola buenas tardes ,desde Argentina te sigo y admiro tus pizzas y tus estilo. Amo tu camion
This truck and you are brilliant. Love how you share everything. I’m following someone who’s building a pizza truck himself. I don’t like the layout at all. Your ovens are on the side of the window. He put his ovens across from the window so he has to turn 180 Deg.
Fantastic. You got a new sub!
Welcome aboard!
Nice rig
thank you .. a lot of good information . would like to taste your pizza, it looks so good....... but I am from Canada :)
this is Dope
Awesome! Thank you for awesome video! If you could please tell how you control the heat inside the van and how flute works that would be great.
Just what I was looking for, amazing effort with all you do in a day mate. Do you have any tips for an aspiring street food (Neapolitan pizza) business owner? I'm looking to start building a brand etc in the next few months as I aspire to own a street food van and travel, just as you are, this content is amazing to view. I can imagine there's a lot of hoops to jump through to get where you are but any standout tips?
delicious
Thanks for another great video, so there are gas lines running all the way to the back of the truck for the 2 ovens?
Amazing! Please make more videos :)
Thank you, I will
Hi Adam! Awesome truck!! Did you do the restoration yourself?
❤
Perhaps a video on Food Heath Regulations in the UK for your Pizza Van. I'd be interested in what is legally required, inspections etc. Love my Roccbox by the way.
Love my dome but I just bought the everdure kiln
I would say it would help you out as it has a rotating stone
I am working on a similar concept, bought a stepvan 5 years ago(1966 Ford P100), and am now starting the upfit. I like the sign, can you provide link details on it? I also like the power system, and have started the configuration with PKYS Inc and the Victron system, and I like the Gozney- already got one, now for the second one.
I have a few questions: can you do a video on how you made your magnetic signs as I can’t find them on the internet anywhere.
Also would love a sign like yours. Was it the van builders who did that as I want one just like it.
Also really like the battery pack option instead of a generator but not sure if it will run my operation as it would need to power a fridge and a hot hold which is 1500W.
Just subscribed good stuff you could do a video about the cost etc
Well done on the Chevy!!! Whats the weight of your dough balls?
Great video, do you still work alone? It's not difficult to organise orders when you're on your own? How do you get organised?
This guy is a good bloke you can tell he's not ego maniac. Great truck. Much respect from Australia.
Would love to know how the ovens go after back to back orders and if it can handle 100 pizzas a night.
Yo. So I can fit 270 balls in the dough cabinet in the van. I’ve baked and sold over 260 in a 6 hour session at a local food festival. That’s averaging 43 per hour for six hours. They can handle more but that was me making and baking alone. With a team of two capable sets of hands there’s no reason you couldn’t do 60+ per hour out of two ovens.
@@peddlingpizza thanks for your reply. You deserve that qty every night.
@@peddlingpizza what's your thoughts on the manual SPZ40 pizza Former. To reduce a skilled worker? In Australia labour cost is too high. You think this will work
@@Pinny05 not sure what that is. Opening a pizza isn’t hard and can be taught fairly quickly.
Nice. What Hydration is your dough? looks like its around 60%
Today was running at 61%
It would be great if you could film how you make the dough! What flour do you use, what percentage of salt and yeast?
@@samoborbeno1462 it’s coming soon
What are you using for a table to support the 2 Domes? Great video! Thank you for sharing with us your operation!
Full stainless steel frame and top built into the van.
Looks amazing alot of work but amazing
Big change from buzz
Yeah man. Can’t believe I’ve been in this for over two years already.
