Basically your best draw lets you drop crucias turn 3 discard a 3 drop to tutor for Muxus and then play him turn 4 with the treasure generated from Crucias plus 1 other way of generating an extra mana. This build of the deck is alot more consistent because it means you only need Muxas as a 1 of because his 6 mana price tag can be a dead draw if you dont have mana for him or if you need to race more. In fact the decks that play Crucias all almost exclusively are built with only 1 card in the 4+ cmc spot, for instance mardu midrange runs only cmc 1-3 cards and then Atraxa at its top end which lets you always tutor for her if tou have Crucias on turn 3 AND next turn hea a discard outlet.
Really fun deck and a great video! One suggestion though, I'd appreciate it if either your cam view was smaller, or switched to the other side. Being not too familiar with all the cards, the cam view blocks the card text when played, which makes things a bit hard to follow.

Not only does this ooze flavor, but it powers down the card dramatically and removes the option of just playing a new one to cancel out the first. If they can have Nazgul and Plague Rats let you play more than 4, they could've just as easily restricted The One Ring.

Another cute idea for Fall of Caer Andros for 60 card formats would be to combine it somehow with Pestilent Spirit to turn most damage you deal into excess damage.

You can probably make a deck with single-target excess damage spells and then All Will Be One would be amazing.

In draft an opponent said that the wasn’t good, then the very next game I had “Orcish Laser” was in hand and blasted his attacker each turn, blocked with the remaining 4/4 and had my win con online. Obviously getting to 8 Mana was the key
Is "Cast into the Fire" not best used on your opponents turn, after they take the damage, in response to an opponent tapping the One Ring to draw? Wouldn't that result in them drawing no cards?
no, if an effect looks for some property of a permanent that isn't on the battlefield anymore, it looks for what that property was when it was right before it left the battlefield. If this wasn't the case then fling just wouldn't work
@@MTGGoldfish if The One Ring is removed from play before the ability resolves it will not draw the cards. I assume this is due to the burden counter not being placed as part of the ability trigger.
That monogreen opponent's game 1 was frustrating. Basically loses on the spot to a single nonland/artifact removal spell on the Gateway. So extremely fragile, but get paid off for it (by playing against jank, I guess).
If we're talking about the same deck, I think I played it too. I added a land or two and took out one copy of Nissa. It works fine for a mono-green budget deck

I agree, not being able to pause and read cards I'm unfamiliar with and be forced to look them up in a separate window is extremely annoying. The bottom-right position is fine, he just needs to be shrunk down ~25% or so so that his head isn't blocking the card box.

Why the webcam cover the cards when they are casted... It's too big and in a ankward spot to be, for people like me that don't play standard often and don't know all the cards by memory, we gotta search the card to know what it does.

The more against the odds I see, the more I'm convinced they need to ban the One Ring. It' just too good. It would be better if limited to one per deck (and MUCH more flavorful) but sans something like that it needs to go.
People complaining about the One Ring are hilarious. The card has tons of answers but people refuse to run them then complain. Adjust to the metagame and cards or lose as has been the case for new sets for literally 25 years.
I'm not sure which time you meant, but I think at least one of those was because it was the tap land in his hand and being able to curve out with untapped lands on subsequent turns was part of his concerns? Though I'll admit I can't place the rationale in all cases.

No, for a very simple reason: Karn renders Treasure tokens unusable.

I was kinda disappointed that the mono red god from Kaldhiem wasn’t in the deck, but other than that the deck was pretty cool
Side note, I teied that budget mono G list from a while ago and it really atruggled, seemed too slow and not enough value
