I’ve been trying to figure this out I hope this helps. Cause with a ten speed layout I have no deep reduction and with an 18 speed the pattern is wrong. Now I don’t want to play.

It doesn't work for me, I have the 15-speed versions in the settings, and also in the shop the 15-speed Eaton, but I can't change the reverse gear in the gear assignment and I'm missing Then the 4th gear

You know what, i like so much stock 389 with accesories pack, not rework mod! It does so much! Stock truck become so sexy, i'm amazed! The main reason is that stock stay the same as others and it's important for me, more real sim, not with just one beautiful truck in game!

Added the 2 .sii transmission files (reg & alt) to the saved profile. Also modified the .rar folder to add the K100e truck and installed the 2 mods from Steam for the transmissions, per your other video. When in the game, I can add the 15 speed from the shop to the truck, however, when I go to the in-game options to select the transmission, the 15-spd ones are not listed. What did I do wrong?

Depends what Im hauling / doing. Casual driving 3:70 sometimes 3:90

OMG! It's not direct, it's D for Deep reduction. And 5th gear to the dash is the old Overdrive shift pattern. When they started putting overdrive , The direct gear which is not really a gear because you are just locking the input / counter shaft directly to the output shaft, it stayed in the same location inside the transmission. They took what was 4th gear (underdrive) and made it an overdrive gear ratio. The engineers were too lazy to modify the shift linkage inside the transmission , figuring professional truck drivers could just figure it out and get used to it.
