6:06 I do like this advice a lot. It’s easy to start arrogantly host about yourself. I’ve had this issue before. Not near to the extent of your actor, but I know I’ve tried to upsell myself too much (even if true experiences)
The one candidate I felt sounded like a robot and talked too fast. Honestly it seemed as though the interviewer was having trouble absorbing her response.
Hey Shubham! It would normally be done through text or sign language. I would recommend checking out this article on some jobs and more tips for the hard of hearing here: go.indeed.com/jobsforthehardofhearing
I hope you found something! Being deaf or having any type of disability is instantly seen as a huge negative unfortunately. I truly hope you found a great job you love
“Whoever is the best talker and/or (more likely than you’re aware of) liar, wins!” Is what I constantly get from “how to ace an interview!” videos. Recruiters and hiring managers don’t care about you. They have a literal check list of exact answers and words they want, which makes the best showman the one offered a job rather than the person who can actually benefit the company.

Can an interview be done in a text-based way instead of the normal interview process? I am asking this because I am deaf. :)

Congrats on your job offer! 🙌
Really? From this? None of this would fly with my recent interview. It’s become all “who has the buzzword I want”
Yes, I did two round of behavior and one technical interview, I practiced by also recording my self. I took the time using these tips and it helped...
