@@autotel Oooooh yes! The userwave (UW) versions can sample their own output and other input. It's more lo-fi (only 16-bit I believe, but don't quote me), but with 16 LFOs and unofficial firmware opening it up even more, you can do a ridiculous amount of stuff with it. The old Elektron boxes Machinedrum and Monomachine are like 2 or 3 modern Elektron boxes in one. I think they were like 'oops, we made them too powerful - let's make more money by splitting these boxes up into multiple boxes!' :D
@@autotel I think I was a bit salty when I wrote that comment above, because at the time I didn't have an Octatrack, and I have a Machinedrum but a non-UW version :D I got an OT recently, so now I watched this video to the end and I really enjoyed the outro jam with the mixer. Some cool sounds there!
