yeah! It's a very simple patch. I don't have experience with the device that you mentioned, but you just need to track filter frequency to key, and put reso to a high level so that it self- oscillates. It also has a tiny bit of vibrato 😊 Most synths, virtual or analog have that capacity

The keyboard you mentionned does not produce sound, it is meant to control devices that can create sound (hence the "master keyboard" category). There is a bunch of synth that you may find for a budget (relatively) close to this M-audio. If you already have it, the cheapest option is to control some (free) software on the PC that can produce the sound for you.

@@autotel Oooooh yes! The userwave (UW) versions can sample their own output and other input. It's more lo-fi (only 16-bit I believe, but don't quote me), but with 16 LFOs and unofficial firmware opening it up even more, you can do a ridiculous amount of stuff with it. The old Elektron boxes Machinedrum and Monomachine are like 2 or 3 modern Elektron boxes in one. I think they were like 'oops, we made them too powerful - let's make more money by splitting these boxes up into multiple boxes!' :D

@@autotel I think I was a bit salty when I wrote that comment above, because at the time I didn't have an Octatrack, and I have a Machinedrum but a non-UW version :D I got an OT recently, so now I watched this video to the end and I really enjoyed the outro jam with the mixer. I'm using it as midi sequencer :) the web browser picks the midi input and synthesizes it in real time. In this way I can map very tightly filter envelopes in the octatrack, to midi events.
