Thank you for saying that. I've confused the algorithm recently. I was making three shorts a week for a while, and RUclips knew what to do with it. It's not sure what to do with these yet. These videos are what I wanted to do the whole time.
These videos are great, I hope they eventually blow up, cause they're fun! I find myself on a weird spot with sushi, I was exactly like you said, very turned off by the idea of trying raw fish, but a friend treated me to some as a goodbye before I moved for college, and I couldn't say no. So I did... and I still have no idea how I feel, I tried it again later with another friend and still the same, I've no idea whether I enjoyed or not the actual experience of eating it, it's the only time something like that has happened to me with food. So I gotta keep trying and see if I end up liking it or not, maybe one day I'll for sure know.
Solid vid as always. Restaurant/food truck mini docs and videos are always easy watching.. But your commentary spices it up and makes you less dependent on slow mo shots of chefs cooking with a wok, throwing logs on a fire, or plating a tender fish fillet in all in slow mo.. Though your cinematography is truly enjoyable as much as any other, its not dependent on it in a popular video genre certainly with what one could compare to competition (for my attention through prolonged enjoyment or hypnosis etc etc) Thanks, Brain!
Hell ya. As a guy that lives right next to Mexico, it's always nice when the immigrants take the time to learn to properly assimilate. Mad respect for them. I've been into sushi for nearly 30 years now and I would devour that in a second.
I have a similar take away, but in a different way. I have immense respect for someone that has the guts to go somewhere completely foreign and build something new. I can barely function here, and everyone speaks the same language I do.
Hey, I can offer a bit of insight although I'm no expert. Typically the mayonnaise they use is not your average "Best Foods" mayonnaise, but Kewpie Mayonnaise which is Japanese made and has different ingredients and flavor profile.
