Try mixing the powders with Coconut Oil. You can mix and save for later, and get the benefits of both!! For many years I considered getting my teeth pulled due to pain. Then my Naturopath suggested swishing coconut oil around in my mouth for 20 minutes, first thing in the morning - after a few weeks the pain was gone, forever. I do this as maintenance once a week. I still have my own strong and healthy (now) teeth!!

you have a really nice smile! i get compliments on how white my teeth are more than often and i use arm and hammer peroxide and baking soda extreme whitening. i really want to try the clay just b/c i have a huge jar of it that never goes to use! thanks for this, new sub btw loving your stuff so far.

Coconut Oil is great for any sores! Swish 5 minutes after everything you eat. Apply on cleaned area, if you get scratched by an animal or a plant. My son used to have red scratches the morning after playing with Grandma's cat. I have him wash when we're leaving or as soon as we get home, and I rub a little Coconut Oil on the scratches. In the morning it's apparent that the scratches are healing, as there's no redness anymore.
When transferring Coconut Oil to a tube, for having in your pocket or purse; warm the oil, don't overheat it and destroy the healing properties of it. I set the jar on a table near a heat register, like 2 foot away, and it melts part of the Oil, enough for pouring into a tube (always use the lid to hold back the hard oil from dumping or sliding out of the jar. I prefer screw cap tubes because body heat melts the oil too, so a lip balm tube doesn't work so well for Coconut Oil.

+Edith Iturriaga I do it quick almost every time I eat a banana, about every other day. Try it about 4 to 7 days in a row and see how your results are. After that you can maintain with just 1 to 3 times a week. See for yourself.
the turmeric works, but you really have to brush it, rinsing isn't enough. btw, use a dark towel and do not wear any cloths while doing this (apart from some dark underwear), because stains on clothing are forever!!!

You have to check with your doctor. If that were me I would think that it is the strep virus. What I would take for myself would be celery juice every morning first thing, also golden seal tincture, cats claw and see how that goes.

Great video! Like it so much I just became a subscriber :-) I actually started using the bentonite clay about 3 months ago and I really like it. However, you just made me want to go upstairs and open a charcoal capsule to try that method also.

I put some eucalypt oil on my index finger and smear it on my teeth, eucalypt takes grease stains out of clothes so I figure it will take the smoking stains out, am still trialling but it does seem to be ok. Thanks for the great tips, real healer.

Sounds like many of these remedies are for stains that are caused by things like coffee, and tea, but for those who have yellow teeth due to aging these "natural ways" might work. And the best way to keep your teeth white is to avoid things that cause the staining in the first place.

Charcoal is good, but harder to do then rubbing a banana on your teeth every time you eat one. So it's up to you.
I heard that you can use a spoonful of lemon juice and mix it with a teaspoon of baking soda, mix it together, put it on your teeth, wait 2 minutes and you'll notice whiter teeth. Does this work?

How long will it take for the banana to whiten your teeth? I would like then whitened by aleast tomorrow because im getting braces and i dont want me dentist saying " you teeth were good before what happened"
It will take at least a week to notice a difference with the banana. Good luck with those!

Hello, I loved your video. Very imformative. I just have one question on the Bentonite Clay. I have one tooth that the gum has receded from which has made it a sensitive tooth. By using the mouth gaurd you mentioned with the clay would this just help with sensitivity or will it bring that gum back down closer to the toothline? Thank you for putting this video out to help others. 😊
I am not a dentist and have to say check with your doctor. Even if I were a dentist I could not answer that without seeing it. You might have gum problems or bacteria, inflammation or infection in there. What I would do is see a dentist for possible deep cleaning. After that floss with clove oil on the floss, use food grade hydrogen peroxide and the bentonite clay as well. good luck

+RedMoon No, I use them at different times. Bananas every time I eat one, the others once a week depending. At first you can use one that you like everyday but is not necessary after a week or so.

It will take a few days to a week before you can notice a little difference.
REALLY not sure about the hydrogen peroxide ... great tips though you think it's better to mix turmeric and activated charcoal together or just do one or the other ?

I have a cap on my front tooth. Which one is safest to avoid discoloring.
I don't know about the cap. If the others become white, it might discolor that one. Might want to ask your dentist.

How many times do i use the Activated charcoal or ginger?
Since it's natural you can use it as much as you like but I would suggest just monitoring your results to see how white you want it.

Please, i want to help you, please follow my instructions, dont use baking soda because it is acid, it will make your teeth whiter but there are a lot of disadvantages
such as your gums and enamel may bleed, so i recommend you to just use coconut oil, one spoon of it in your mouth and then just squash it for 15 to 20 minutes and then you will see the result, not only does coconut oil whitens your teeth but also makes your gums and teeth healthy and bacteria gone.

+Justin Staley I have to say check with your doctor/dentist. I'm Not sure never heard this. If you put a lot of pressure could be sore from that, or it could be killing bacteria. Peroxide could be a real fungus killer.

It depends on so many things, diet, smoking, why they are yellow and more. Some a week others longer, but baking soda is not my favorite method, just one. I would try the charcoal. Good luck.

When you are not using a toothpaste with fluoride or glycerin in it, your teeth will absorb the minerals from the banana peel.

Activated charcoal wont do any good for alcohol poisoning.
From what I understand it absorbs alcohol for elimination.
I do believe its the opposite, since many alcohols are filtered with charcoal to purify, because the alcohol doesnt adhere to the charcoal, it passes thru leaving impurities behind...Enjoy the videos, lots of good info...oooh but turmeric wont stain? It's the reason mustard lives on fabric forever!
Charcoal also can be heavy on your teeth though ... i think also if its grainy

do you happen to know anything about flat feet? i've had flat feet ever since i was born and recently got shoes. my foot doctor or whatever you call it gave me these shoes that had a ton of arch support installed in the shoe already, and had orthopedics in there as well. the guy that gave them to me said that my feet arches would be able to go back to normal and then a couple of minutes later he said that it wouldn't be able to go back to normal. maybe he was confused? i don't know.

Isn't fluoride good for your teath. Here, where i live they sell fluoridetablets to kids, so There tooth gets stronger.
