- We finally visited the island of Koh Samui! It's a very popular island in the Gulf of Thailand that has tons of things to do! In this video, we explore Koh Samui with our scooter, stopping at the Chinese Laughing Buddha, a paradise beach (of course) and a unique waterfall hike! Koh Samui definitely lives up to the hype and it has been so nice to soak up some sun, drink a coconut or two and live island life all over again. We are eager to see how different all the Thai islands are from each other, as we will spend one week in each island this upcoming month. Who else loves island life!?

So beautiful! LOVE the beaches. I am curious though, everyone takes care of the stray animals, does that mean there the humans are ok? No real homelessness there ?
Glad you liked the video! And overall, we’ve seen homelessness in Bangkok. But not on the islands, or smaller towns and cities. But there are stray animals all over Thailand, and most, well taken care of 👌
When you were in Chiangmai you didn't go to Pai and Mae Hong Sorn, right. Pai and Mae Hong Sorn are also very nice. Ban-Rak-Thai and the lake view is like you visit China. There are Yun-Nan villages there. I'm planning to be there when I'm in Thailand in May.
We did visit Pay, but not Mae Hong Son. We would love to visit though, what you recommend to see sounds incredible! Enjoy your trip to Thailand
@@DennyandNikki Ban Rak Thai with the big lake is really beautiful. Basically, nice sceneries, explore to Yunan Chinese foods, visit tea farm and riding a boat in the lake to the restaurant.

Hi ! Wanted to know if you had more info on test and go in Thailand. I am traveling from chicago to koh.. obviously lay over in bankok. Any pcr test in bankok or directly in koh ? Did you guys have to book a SHA + hotel ?
We've been in Thailand for about 3 months now and the requirements have changed so much, so we aren't that sure what's required. Good luck on your trip though!

I'm a American and you can get real bread BUT it's really hard to find - grocery store bread is ok but it's not real bread kinda like American cheese is not real cheese
Exactly! We have definitely found certain bakeries in the states that were good. But oh my, nothing beats some Gouda cheese 🧀
