  • E85 is probably one of the best fuel alternatives for big power gains. With all the pros there are some negative draw backs using this type of fuel. If all the necessary precautions and supporting mods are not installed it can lead to premature failure in the fuel system. I'm not sure if this is a problem that most gtr owners are aware of.
    The fuel filters (pre and post) will become a weak point when running E85. They are not serviceable and can get clogged up really fast.
    In this vlog I go through step by step on how to install the Radium Engineering fuel hanger. Radium Engineering truly makes a beautiful fuel hanger!
    ***big thanks to my pal Victor for helping me out with the install!!!

      Hi Diego, just about to fit with with 3 pumps. Can I ask how did you connect the 3rd pump-wiring and plumbing, and what pumps did you use. I'm aiming for 1000-1000whp. Thanks

    Great video man! As you start to turn up the horsepower you’re going to need to hardwire your pumps. They really struggle with the stock wiring. Probably the next mod to do! Keep wrenching 👊🏻👊🏻

    If I use my uprated pumps from my oem basket with this radium setup, do I have to set up the sock filter additionally like you have and mount it on the engine and will I need to get my car remapped ?

    I installed this in my GTR. Very difficult to install. Filters do not fit on it. Plug and play wire harness would be nice. Not sure I would recommend this kit.

      I do agree with you on this. The installation is not very easy and when I did the installation on mine I did wish for a plug and play option. It would have saved a lot of time.

    • @phothrottle
      @phothrottle  Год назад +1

      Andy you will need the pre-filters and a post filter. You should consider getting a check value because the factory basket is equipped with one.
