In this weeks vlog I install the Acuity Instrument's Super-Cooler, Reverse-Flow Silicone Radiator Hoses. First off they look just as cool as they preform! Now that the FL5 has been on the market for more than a year. More and more of them are being modified and tuned and heat soak/over heating is a more common issue. With the Acuity Instrument's Super-Cooler, Reverse-Flow Silicone Radiator Hoses it should help elevate some of the high temps. Acuity Instrument's Super-Cooler, Reverse-Flow Silicone Radiator Hoses are a very simple, cost effective way and relatively easy to install. Can't wait to install them on the FL5!

SKU 1936: 10th gen Honda Civic Type R (Important: we don't make the hoses for the 10th gen Honda Civic Si because the factory radiator in those cars flow differently than the FK8 and won't see benefits from a reversed flow path for their radiators).
SKU 1982: 11th gen Honda Civic Si and 5th gen Acura Integra A-Spec
SKU 1986: 11th gen Civic Type R and 5th gen Acura Integra Type S
Very Important: For the FL5 Type R and DE5 Integra Type S, you'll notice in the kit that it has an additional fitting and plug. These additional parts are only for the kits for the FL5 and DE5 (SKU 1986), as the other kits don't feature those parts to relocate an ECT2 sensor since the other cars don’t have that sensor in the cooling system.
*** All of the Super Cooler Reverse-Flow Radiator Hose kits should fit aftermarket radiators too as long as they are designed to be compatible with OEM radiator hoses.

Use a deep socket or wrench to hold it. 😂 To prevent air pockets, disconnect a small coolant line going to the cylinder head or throttlebody. 🎉 15k congrats 👏 should have a FL5 giveaway to celebrate🎉
