Definitely bookmarking this. Got my eye on that kit for my Jetta. Got it apart right now for the cam tensioner chain and tensioner. But eventually ill snag one of those
@@xradeckx That’s true, less rotten egg smell with the catted version. My 5.0 used to get really smelly when sitting in traffic. Any valved exhaust you recommend for the Mk6?

Definitely a worthy upgrade, you can feel the power difference. I have some more part installs coming soon along with some part testing and reviews.
Great video! do you know if i add this catted downpipe on my car with the stock tune, will i still get a check engine light?
It’s quite possible, I ended up getting one with a stage 2 tune. That’s what really pulls the performance out of the new piece.
do you have any other mod on your car besides the downpipe?
Stage 1 tune, Bfi shift knob. Some new goodies just came in the mail yesterday so more to come. You have a Mk6?
Update on this? Have you had any drone issues? Stock catback still?
I don’t own this car anymore. I have a 440i now. When I had it, no drones or issues with the stock catback.
Put an intake on it instead for turbo noise
Right here, I went with the APR Carbon Fiber Intake - ruclips.net/video/HjVXtgHROPc/видео.html
Which brand is the downpipe mate?
ECS Tuning
Catted downpipe is like nothing in sound terms😅
Haha it definitely keeps the 👮🏾 off your back though.
@@TopShevy true 😆 but that is solved with the valved exhaust 😋

Yeah but you won't pass emissions test in my country without it
