Now I know why the pit crew wears helmets.
Michael Kirst Lol
Lol xd

Was about to write the same comment
Lol😂😂
Damn nascar pit actually more exciting than the race lol
Guido and Luigi are facepalming while watching this.
I was trying to find this comment 🤣
Lmao
It's not that, it's that these cars aren't Ferraris.
@@lucario7version2.08 neither is lightening
Why do people even watch nascar I don’t get it
pit crews the unsung heroes of racing changing tires for drivers who'll drive them over if they take longer than 10 seconds
BrysontheGhost Gaming 2 months later rams into the whole fucking pit crew
6 seconds for F1
They don't try to run over them, when the car drops you're trained to go. When you're on the pit crew you're also trained to dodge cars like that. When this stuff happens there's no hard feelings because mistakes happen and everyone doesn't want anyone else hurt
@@landonorris6 no, 3 seconds
Pizza Pig201 2 seconds
well.. I dont see Lightning McQueen...
opp
hes to opp
He and his crew is overpowered
He and his crew would be illegal in real NASCAR
Oof
#1 what a fucking champ, this guy gets hit by a race car than gets right back up and completes his job as fast as possible.
+Lucas Brown and a fantastic reaction jumping of the hood
And the jack guy was just about in for a world of hurt if the jack hit him.
+Lucas Brown well what do you expect him to do? It's a race. There's time for anger later.
Brock Walls no kidding, that Jack weighs about 25 lbs
“Pit Stop” (Mustaches fall off)
Nice reference

Modern pitcrew are world-class athletes that don't get the recognition they deserve
+Seth Baker No sorry they aren't. The recognition part I agree with.
so true.
Calling them world-class athletes is ridiculous. But they probably get too little recognition, yes.
+Emil Haugen can you and your 3 other buddies change 4 tires, gas the car up, and adjust the car in 13,14 seconds? they have to be in top shape.
FordFanJim - Obviously not, and I said they probably deserve way more recognition than they get, WITHIN the realm of motorsport. However, I maintain that calling them world class athletes is a stretch to put it mildly. Usain Bolt, Lewis Hamilton, Michael Phelps, Jason Day, Lionel Messi, Novak Djokovic, Chris Froome. These people are what defines world class athletes, and surely you agree that being in "top shape" as you put it, does not make pit-crew members on par with those guys?
You can tell a lot about a sport by the advertisement. In F1 you can see rolex, martini, oakley and Hackett. In Nascar it's best buy, burger king and subway.
Nothing wrong with that. NASCAR has always been a blue collar sport.
Sledgehammer K35 I'm not criticising. Well slightly, but each to their own.
Two different worlds, that's for sure lol
Völundr Frey that's actually very true.
as eric cartman would say "nascar is for poor people
1:21 at least he said sorry 🙂
Brad almost killed someone going faster so no
Sees fire in rear view, hits the gas: 'That'll take care of it'.
How right he was.
I love how he drove off while his car was on fire.
JEN ROB when the car is on fire and you drive off helps cease the fire on the car
He didn’t want the fire to get worse.
@@Alice-nr4ohMore Oxygen more fire
That second one killed the rear tire changer instantly. I think that's a bit more than a "fail."
Damn I didn't even know that that's sad to hear
He was called Mike Rich
I don't like NASCAR because so many people get injured & killed.. Its just not good.
Lucas Lennon last time someone got killed in NASCAR Competition was Dale Sr. In February 2001
automan224 no remember the tony Stuart incident with the kid and the wing
(I have almost no knowledge of NASCAR) Moral of the story: hope and pray you don't get drive or get placed near a yellow car
true.
bumblebee: any problem with yellow car...?
Dimas EZA I’m late but i think he means by Kyle Busch or something
It wouldn't be a NASCAR fail video without Danica Patrick doing something that cannot be explained.
+Shark24 LOL
+Shark24 i guess even the best woman driver in the world can't stop being a woman driver XD
+oldfrend theres one woman on this list dumbass. the other 9 are guys. your comment doesnt even make sense
I can't stop laughing 😂😂
bmxfromusa aaand we have a winner folks!
Now this is exciting nascar
Love your videos man, funny I found you here.
I NO UNDERSTANNN SNOWCAT!
Haha didn't think I would find you here
+snowcat sad that this is the most exciting part lol very sad.
But i'm a new driver
6:09 "Now, that's a burnout!"
WOW... Possibly the best pun, I have ever heard.
Nascar really needs some better safety rules regarding their pit stops....
They have to be quick tho
@@apljuice5622 well if the rules apply to everyone everyone will be a tad slower
Enomikas yeah thats true
@@apljuice5622 F1 has faster and safer pitstops
Henrix98 no,all are the same and also they have one but not 5 nuts like nascar, f1 is 4 nuts in total while nascar is 20 nuts to take off and also 5 crew members and f1 has 20
I don't watch nascar, but I think Brad Keselowski may need to retire.
Lol your not the only one that thinks that
LOL
+kite koda 4 wins so far #hater
+Michael 500 can't forget about that
Yeah so many fails lmao
The Ricky Rudd stop killed a Bill Elliott pit crew member. How can that not be the worst? The only good thing about the stop is that it single handedly made nascar instigate a pit road speed limit. As much as it hurts our favorite drivers sometimes, it has made good pit stops more important and has definitely saved lives.
+C moore it is the worst. and to help with maintaining a speed limit they should allow speedometers.
The only problem with that is speedometers are not accurate. They all run the same gear and are taken down pit road at the correct speed. They know what the revs are so actually it is more accurate than a speedo. I think what they need to do is quit having sections that are individually timed. They then give them 5 mph leeway. I say make the who thing a speed trap, just like a school zone and give zero leeway. You speed, you are busted. Period.
Sorry I should correct my self you are correct. I really meant to say pit speed limiters. Those are more accurate than even humans trying to match rev's
0:36 A tiger went flying...? Woah
lol a tire but she said tiger lolol
lmao
Little did we know, but in that Booth those announcers had witnessed something that the world has never seen. Alone Bengal tiger, got up, roared, spread its wings and flew away. It was magical.
3:03 the guy in front of the green car completely oblivious to the raging inferno just a couple of feet behind him.
These guys make F1 pit crews look like gods in comparison.
+Will Davis Can't argue with that... F1 pit crews know what they are doing
F1 crews have over 20 crew members performing pit stops, don't have to change more than 1 tire per tire changer, and don't have refueling anymore. An F1 stop can get to 2.2 seconds though which is extremely impressive.
+CallMeEsteban agreed. I think nascar has the money to get bigger pit crews though. I've seen the changes for what they have in NASCAR those guys do amazing no doubt. It's just i don't know if it is the rules or not but if not they should get many more people in the pitcrew because to me they are as important as the driver and engineer and they can make or break a race
+quachimba F1 cars have a single lug nut compared to NASCAR multi lug nut
+Will Davis NASCAR pit crews are just as impressive because of the complete chaos they have to work with
Some people don't know that the second one killed a pit marshal
right rear tire changet
HellRaiser really?
Sad but it started the use of some of the rules we see today.... It always takes an accident before things are fixed.
You mean brad "come-crash-me"
OMG lol
I like Brad but he drives like a idiot
Centric. sts That is the worst joke I have ever heard
Centric, that is an awesome joke. Fuck Brad K
I lost it at "Now that's a burnout"
narval314 you lost what? Lmao
Why are NASCAR cars made our of recycled yogurt tubs?
what do you mean
They try to make the outside of the car as light as possible to increase speed. Therefore they are fragile.
I know, It was just for the joke. I could've said they are fragile and weak. Just for the joke...
Thanks tho
This is the internet, more importantly, this is RUclips. You never know who's serious and who's telling a joke. :D
The question is, where did they find their racers? A fucking dirt bike race?
Why is it always the yellow car?
2, 27, 12. The rest weren't yellow
+Ekans Cao 5 also
+Gemini Man I missed that one
thats probably the reason why they were such fails
Omg you're right
Not cool to put the second one in there when the guy was killed
How the hell's that fine for you?
Pink Dragon "...it is ok to show that crew member's death!" dude u serious?
Hauffinator5 that’s like putting Earnhardt wreck in a “worst crashes of all time” video. Shits just plain disrespectful
he might have not none jees chill.
now that's disrespectful.
0:20 Give that man a medal! Wicked high-jump!
it's like they've never driven in a city before lol
Fr
It like there driving with a motorcycle helmet on with no rear view mirrors
Seeing this as a formular one fan is interesting - this stops take so long!
This is so behind in safety standarts that It reminds me how far behind USA is nowadays. And now they top it of with the two presidential candidates. America is also way behind in air polution standarts - #globalwarming.
Greetings from germany.
Dude, America is a great country. Well at least now, up until Trump is inaugurated. Also, I love F1 as well
RyonRykal thats because there is a smaller number of pit crew and each tire has 5 nuts, plus in f1 there's no refuelling
RyonRykal Yeah compared to F1 stops they seem slow, but it really just comes down to the fact there's more to do with a smaller crew.
left turn, left turn left turn left turn
Seth Vandenhout What do I do now? LEFT TURN!
More exciting than Mercedes wins lol
Painful3rection92 goodone
a crash in the left turn
lol
how bad can danica fucking be
As bad as Russian women driverლ( ͡°; ͜ʖ ͡;°ლ)
Gabba Shanking Sorry, no offense.
Gabba Shanking You have nothing to do with Russia or Russian, else you'd know the difference between "suka" "сука" and "cyka".
Please go obtain a basic education in what you're trying to make fun of before you just make yourself look stupid in the process.
+IspiraGaming How is Russian basic education?
Samuel Turner I did not say Russian was basic education. I said, and I quote:
"Please go obtain a basic education in what you're trying to make fun of before you just make yourself look stupid in the process."
"Obtain a basic edication IN WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE FUN OF"
I was just waiting for a Danica clip
1:35
Don't show us fatal footage! The rear tire changer was killed by Rudd's car!
Do you happen to know what caused his rear axle to lock up bud?
+Dat-Mudkip Can't handle a little death?
Well calling it a "Fail" is just cruel. "Tragedy" is different from a fail, in a sense that a fail is often humorous to some degree and does not usually see anyone get seriously injured.
+Dat-Mudkip meh, you could argue the other way around too;
Neville Chamberlain, being the pussy that he was, completely FAILED to stop Hitler before his power grew too great. And that was obviously disastrous and tragic
Dat-Mudkip haha what a response!
I have respect for you because of your response,.
Still though, I will stand by my (possibly incorrect) reasoning that the fatal clip could be described as both a fail and a tragedy because the driver failed to not lose control and hit someone.
And to answer your question ("And why are we bringing up WWII?"): I was just trying to think of an example the other way around and that's what came to mind.
By the way, I agree that Germany was over-punished at the end of World War I (mostly by France right?), but for some reason I didn't put two and two together to realize that over-punishment may have been Chamberlain's reason for his lack of action.
Anyways, have a good day "random internet user."
And Matthew Morocco , go back to Morocco. (ha!)
Paul Menard’s crew going straight to work as I’d nothing happened after he spins into the damn stall was hilarious
on the ricky rudd one, didn't that pit crew member die from that?
Yes
On impact
R.I.P
he didnt died instantly, he died in surgery,.
SouthCarolina he died during surgery
Apparently nascar drivers need to learn how to drift :p
Seriously. F1 puts this to shame....
Monica Hankins NASCAR and F1 are different. F1 is more precise and have a lot of computer assists. Now in NASCAR the cars have no power steering, barely any brakes,
I dont care abt F1.. feels way better racing in a real car body than the funky looking F1
I suggest looking up a video named something like "NASCAR'S GREATEST SAVES" by someone with the name King Kyle Busch. There is plenty of drifting in that video, ever see a Nascar tandem drift? Well, you will if you watch that.
hahah good suggestion, ok, thanks :)
0:53 the jack lands on his chest O_o
Epic McSwaggerpants oof
Man talk about dedication, get run over by a car, run crab the jack, and just keep on going.
I'm actually amazed by how dedicated these crews are
The accents of the people talking is so funny.
left turn coming up another left turn is coming up
Whoops, a crash on the left turn
The moral of the story is, fuck Brad Keselowski
+Joe Cusack YEAH, FUCK EM!
Joe Cusack brad still won a championship though. He must not be too bad.
Danica Patrick and crashing. Name a more iconic duo
Not really a nascar fan but very impressed with safety workers reaction time to the fires. Gasoline fires are tough and they were on top of that second one
4:40 pitting like a boss!
+dida357 Agreed
I'm Sure JackSepticEye Would Agree.
It was amazing how Brads crew members got right up
4:39 *DEJA VU I'VE JUST BEEN IN THIS PLACE B4*
Am i on fire?
+Gasrullen
Yes
I love how they get hit by a car and they just stand up and keep changing the Tire.
i kno right ...they og bro lol
It’s their job. And it’s damn good money. It’s easy to get fired just by stopping cause you got hit.
Except for 1:35
That man died
Time is money
Your name scares ne
mmm whats the fun on watching a bunch of cars running in a loop?
I don't get it either
+Jarmo Steenhuis but I like speedway
only worth watching it in person to me
I know fucking boring game on earth
There's a lot to racing in general, not just in NASCAR, and it isn't as easy as you think. It's not the same as driving your moms mini van in an oval, it's a lot of pressure, and it takes a lot of practice, and I don't understand why people go onto NASCAR videos to say "omg dis is so boring DX" Just go watch football or something...
Why are you including Rudd's accident?!?! That seems a little far from a 'fail'.
it was an epic fail.
Oo Thuta The rear tire changer died.
These guys deserve a Salute..
NASCAR pit crews are amazing to watch when every thing goes smoothly
It really seems yellow is the bad luck color
nascar isnt even a motorsport.. THEYRE MAKING A LEFT TURN.. THEYRE MAKING ANOTHER LEFT TURN
"Now that's a burnout" perfect timing!
lol 3:11 the guy in front of the green car was completely oblivious😂
Carl edwards3:35 what an ashole. driving over his crew. unreal
Jiany Mass he didn't see him. It is hard to see out of the windscreen on nascars
Ception if you say so. he was right in front of him. so it's weird he didn't see him. glad they have security measures for the crew
Jiany Mass carl did what he was told, not his fault
Ajmal Rahmat got it. thanks
hes a dick
I've got a question about NASCAR pit rules, why are pit crews besides the fuel man allowed open faced helmets without nomex hoods
jonowee are u forreal stupid enough to ask thst question.
jonowee it's simple really do that they are not in the direct line of being blasted in the face if a fire was to erupt they don't feel the need for it. Tho it wouldn't kill them to wear more safety
The second one is an infamous moment in NASCAR history. He died almost instantly from that blow.
I don't seeing people get hurt but get better the more you do it
1st vid. The pit crews have gotten very agile of late. Wonder why ;) :)
If 32 Hillbillies like my comment we have a full set of teeth
Been a year and you only have 3.
The second one somebody died. Dont' put fatal crashes in these videos.
I can't imagine a jack just falling on top of your body, good thing he barley missed it.
No surprise that the chevy lit on fire.
Hmm seem like most of the driver are ass holes that don't care about there crew
Carl Mcdonald Seems* drivers* assholes* their*
Carl Mcdonald sounds like California drivers
Carl Mcdonald its their job to keep going. Its not economical to wait and apologise and the crew know that
Most? 10 fails..
Just like lightning McQueen in that documentary "cars"...
City people only like nascar for the crashes
City people
I'm from NJ and I absolutely hate crashes.
+TRUMP 2016 TRUMP 2020 you're no fun
Maybe the failed cause they weren't used to going right.
I knew Danica would make her way into this list before I even clicked on the vid😂
4:45 "As you see, he is in the pit box. even with that left rear tire. so what they did was perfectly legal" I LoLed
Clint Boiler peeing
+Smoke 14 Friggin' Mike Joy
Notice how most of these are yellow cars.
6:10 "now that's a burn out" lol
No NASCAR accident compilation is complete without Juan Pablo Montoya!
Brad Keselowsky is such a douche, i never liked him.
+Kyle Greenlee cool, I love him.
Q caras mais atrapalhados no primeiro carro vei... Parecia cena de filme de comédia huehue
koringa king
O segundo video,o cara q tava trocando o pneu de tras morreu...infelizmente :/
those cars look like a box, and even the frontlights are fake wtf? why are they even there then
to stick with the heritage of stock car racing where NASCAR originated
"If we win on Sunday, we sell on Monday" it is to make the car look more like a normal car so that people will recognize their favourite drivers car, when they go buy themselves a car
Kevin Harvick was like nope I'm getting out here
You just know everytime the driver is half lit and yelling from the window "Hurry the fuck up boys!!"
Watch an F1 pitstop and this seems like shit lol
Harshan Vallabh
atleast NASCARS are faster
Harshan Vallabh f1 cars have less nuts
Daxe Daxe reword
Am i the only one who hates #2?
cullin mcgraw why
Tlough YourBro cause hes a hot head he thinks hes all that and he wants to fight other drivers
cullin mcgraw oh
Props for immediately showing the thumbnail. 👍
NASCAR is such a shit sport
Jesus Manuel sport? they call this a sport? lol
josh cranston LMAOOOO
josh cranston one of my English teachers said she considers it one of the toughest sports because of how much arm strength you need to keep the car under control while sitting the entire time
Americans for you, thinking driving in a circle is entertaining.
josh cranston f1 is no better
Harvicks crew definite torture I mean the fires at random are the wildest scare but darn it even pitstop a new show hassle
1st clip: Imagine being a driver going past that wheel laughing your ass off
No lollipops, drivers take off as soon as the jack is down = pit crew member injured
No closed refueling system = fuel spillage and fire in pit lane
Well played murica
Diandredofus actually we had the catch can system to stop the whole dropped fuel thing but they wanted to take one more guy out of the pit with rules so here we are with a hazzard.
Lol 6:03 "now that's a burnout." Lol nice pun
They are professional pit crew,,nice job
That Ricky Rudd clip I swear
1:00
Think If that floor jack fall in to his body 😰
Imagine if they all happened in the same race.
Holy shit!
0:48 that's why the pit crew wears helmets
Nice to see that drivers that care at all about crew, even theirs, they will just hit it even if someone stands 1m in front
I love how most working just walk it off and continue to work
This is Every day Nascar .
Lol the first one, dude bumps the tire and it just rolls away
yeah well running after it would cost more time than getting a new one and picking the other up after the pit stop is finished
