Very cute! So warm & cozy! Great for cold , winter stormy weather like we’re having in New England.Did you say an eight row repeat? The only 8 row repeat I’ve ever seen is the Pineapple stitch ( may not be exactly 8 row repeat, but about that long).
Thank you! Yes In this particular pattern I did 8 rows but the actual stitch can be as little as a 1 row repeat if you wanted haha

Hi Rachel! I have just finished my Morning Mug Cardigan and turned out to be beautiful! I love it and I can't wait for the cool weather. I used the same yarn in black. It took me a few tries to get the stitches done the right way. After a while I really understood when you were mentioning about doing that chain loose 😅 It's the second pattern of yours I made and certainly not the last one. Thanks and take care.
at 11 minutes 35 seconds or so….you say that the chain 2 counts as a stitch, but in the written it does not. I’m confused about that.
Do the chain 1 and chain 2’s count as a stitch?

I bought light pink and I gotta say I really hate the color. It looks old, musty, and muted. I doubt it will go with any of my clothes and I'd love to know how to re-dye it bcause it sucks that I'd put so much effort to have it look worn before i even wear it.
sorry you don't like the pink color! I like how it is a subtle pink but can see why you would be disappointed if you were expecting something brighter. I don't have any yarn dyeing tips but exchanging it is always an option!

Yeah I think I’ve got way too many rows or something they’re really hard to count but yeah it measured like 32 so it’s gonna be super long.
