Your Granny Stitch sweater pattern has the best continuity of any granny sweater I have seen. I love it.💕🧶 When joining new yarn for a granny have you ever just tried a "standing double crochet". It is the exact same double crochet stitch with no bulk. It's much better than a stacked stitch if you are adding new yarn & it's very easy.
Really love the way the underarm and sides are done as well. This is a G.sweater I will actually make for myself and my daughters. Thank you for the great tutorial.🧶💕😊🌹
Oh thank you! You are welcome to substitute for a standing double crochet if you prefer using this stitch!

You saved my day with this pattern. I was literally trying to crochet the granny stripe sweater with sleeves and here you are with this pattern 🧶🧶🧶 thank you thank you thank you 💖😊🙌🏽
You are so welcome!
Hi Hannah. Have just bought the pattern on Etsy. I have 2 more to make for family! I worked my first one in James C. Brett's Aurora DK, as it's multicoloured, came out really nice, less ends to join off lol.😅 Also, I start my round with 3dc in corner 2ch space, work the rest of the round as usual, then end with 3dc in 2ch space where I started, then work hdc into 1st dc. This finishes in the middle, then I work 1ch, turn, then repeat. Makes a neater finish with the random yarn. Thank you once again for this super pattern 🎉
I'm glad you like the pattern! Thank you 😊
Love how you've put the colours together!
Thank you
Hi Hannah, your pattern is the first top down jumper that actually works! Thank you so much for your clear instructions, both visual and written. Will be making more of your garments soon. 😊🎉❤

It came out too large 😮 especially at the bottom, it looks like a bell 😢 got to try to fix it some way
Oh no, how strange! Do you think you've added extra stitches in the closing the sides section, or maybe your tension changed further down?
Leider keine. Transkript auf Deutsch …..

It's always difficult if I can't find the same yarn
This yarn is from crochet.com but there are alternatives suggested in the pattern
I love this sweater ❣But why are you turning ? I don't see the point in turning .😇
If we don't turn Granny squares it leads to granny squares leans.
Yes that's exactly it, turning just helps to keep it nice and even
Turning with each round is unnecessary When changing colors each row. Color changes prevent twisting.
Türkçe de alt yazısı olsaydı 😔😔
subtitulo en español plis
You should be able to choose closed captions in Spanish 😊
Hic anlaşılır değil
I hate yoslst ☹️
Aw sorry! You could try something different if you prefer. Single crochet in the back loops would have a similar finish!
