FYI: I'd recommend using Braggart's Roar. It's like War Cry, but better. Found off of the NPC Braggart's weapon in Liurnia of the Lakes.

Yes, full set with no helmet.
Weapon: Heavy Great sword with the war cry ash of war (you can also use the Braggart's Roar ash of war)
Talismans: Great jar's arsenal, Blue Dancer Charm, Erdtree's favor +1, Two headed turtle talisman.
(I later discovered that the blue dancer charm is not really useful for this build, you should instead use the talisman that increases damage when two handing)
Stats:

78 endurance
60 Strength
16 Dex
10 Int
10 Faith
10 Arcane

It slightly increases my damage because I am at light weight, but yes, there are probably better options.

Doesn’t count. You have to do it armorless,weaponless, and blindfolded.
