I've always had curiosity to try alternative medicines like acupuncture but here, in Brazil, the cost is very high! I suffer of migraines since 19 years old and I would like to try this method. Thank you for the video! :)
It's tough when cost gets in the way of exploring treatments that might help, especially when you've been dealing with this since 19. Chronic pain is no joke. While acupuncture may not be an option right now, don't lose that curiosity - it could lead you to other helpful approaches. Have you looked into any affordable alternatives? Wishing you the best in finding some relief. Migraines are rough, but you're clearly a fighter. Keep exploring and take care!
Very interesting, Hilary.
Thanks a lot!
Thank you :)
I suffer from hayfever. So I might give it a try. Thanks for sharing!
I was impressed, I slept really well. It could be placebo, or it could be that it works. I'll take the good nights sleep :) Definitely worth it just to say you've tried it, I shall be going again.
❤
Thank you :)
