I sought support from Mojang, but they directed me to Microsoft since Microsoft owns all the accounts. Microsoft support made me fill out a Google Doc/Word Document with my private information, which I submitted through their upload platform. After waiting for a week, they informed me via email that they couldn't help me as my account violated a security breach agreement, which led to its suspension permanently. I am frustrated with Microsoft support because even after providing all the details and IP address, they refused to assist me. It's worth noting that Mojang support has become unhelpful since the migration to Microsoft. Even if you provide the transaction ID, they cannot recover Minecraft accounts since they have all been migrated to Microsoft's domain. @@ptg799 well first I contacted the payment and purchases issue and told them that I been hacked 6 months ago and how my security info was changed 2 years ago and they gave me a form to fill out and fill it out as much accurate as you can then they will escalate the case it may take about 24-72 hours my case was rejected saying that I had not been hacked but I responded to them with screen shot of when I was hacked, where the sign in came from, and when the security info was changed, make sure you tell them everything that happen so that they can send that information to the escalation and they can look into that and that’s what work for me if you have a question I will try my best to answer it
@@ptg799 if your case gets rejected I would recommend to email a screen shot of a email saying when the password, security info, and sign in activity and make sure that under that screen shot you give them details explaining the screenshot, and if you have any pictures of that hacked account I would also send them that too

But 1 week later, when I was supposed to receive an email telling me if I can recover the account or not, I didn't get anything. My account being hacked was strange though. I was able to log into my minecraft account anyway and was able to change the password of it. However my username was changed and when I tried to change it with the account I assumed was connected with my account, it just created another java account and I couldn't change it. But again I could log into the account that had its username changed. 🤔

@@ptg799 well first I contacted the payment and purchases issue and told them that I been hacked 6 months ago and how my security info was changed 2 years ago and they gave me a form to fill out and fill it out as much accurate as you can then they will escalate the case it may take about 24-72 hours my case was rejected saying that I had not been hacked but I responded to them with screen shot of when I was hacked, where the sign in came from, and when the security info was changed, make sure you tell them everything that happen so that they can send that information to the escalation and they can look into that and that’s what work for me if you have a question I will try my best to answer it
@@ptg799 if your case gets rejected I would recommend to email a screen shot of a email saying when the password, security info, and sign in activity and make sure that under that screen shot you give them details explaining the screenshot, and if you have any pictures of that hacked account I would also send them that too

@@ptg799 and if your case does get accepted they will tell you what to do and that the transfer can take about 24 hours or more and if you have any issues, contacted or send a email after the 24 hours

I got hacked not long ago and contacted Microsoft. I then gave all the necessary information for recovery and waited. My account was normally blocked (from what a Microsoft employee told me). But 1 week later, when I was supposed to receive an email telling me if I can recover the account or not, I didn't get anything. I went to a site to see if my hacked account is connected (I was playing on Hypixel and I was watching when is the pirate connected for the last time) and surprisingly I saw that he was connectic. So Microsoft is lying to us and is not able to recover an account. Microsoft is shit
They made me wait more than a week and, luckily, I only had minecraft on this account.
It took a month for me to get the email. Apparently they've got a flood of hacked accounts right now. Who knows why.

Okay so I contacted them and gave every single piece of information they asked for (like all 27 questions), they said they will give me an update every 72 hours, and the maximum wait time for the final good or bad news is 7 days, so I guess we just wait...
