Thank you very much for this instruction video. We exchanged the battery of our laptop with its help today and it was very helpful. Only with the detachment of the biggest contact we had problems, because we couldn't see you have to push the small white parts on both sides of it backwards (!) instead of swinging them up like the other contact fasteners. Plus we had to take the CD-reader out of our laptop first, as it sits on top of the battery. We had to undo three screws for that, too, then could slide the CD-reader sideways and take it out. The other steps were identically with your video and the exchange was a success. Thank you again!
Nice instruction. thanks! I was actually able to rorate the lifted keyboard gently to get access to the screws of the CD drive missing in your computer. The one screw holding the battery connected to the case can be removed by a short screwdriver with the keyboard lifted and all ribbons still attached. The point I am driving at is you can replace the battery without undoing any of the ribbons.

While looking for a replacement battery, I just read in a customer review on Amazon that you should press the battery reset button on the backside until the laptop turns off. It would've been great if you showed this in the video. If it wasn't for that review, I wouldn't know.

I appreciate the step by step instructions but I still can’t get the keyboard to lift. It looks like it’s stuck on one side by something soldered in place and on the other side by some of the ports. UGH! It’s so tempting to force it off!
What screwdriver do you need to remove the screw holding in the battery? I can't get it out.
sometimes screws are stuck , need time and patient to get it out

How do i get a good battery? The once i got immediately after installing them, i get the orange indicator of battery low, even when fully charged, whats the fix?
