I ordered solenoids from Amazon and replaced both. The codes came back, not sure if it’s because cheap parts because my car doesn’t sound like a timing chain issue I will buy the original solenoids and hope that does the job and clears the code.
I think I slipped a few teeth car drives but won’t reverse and has High Rpm’s at like 30 had to let it rev down and time it every time it started to settle just to get home at 2k rpm’s
I broke off the 8 mm bolt when reinstalling because I put too much torque on it. Used all the methods to try and remove the bolt but no luck. What now? Do I need to replace the valve cover? Ty
I’m curious. I bought the parts off Amazon and replaced them. I’m curious if it’s possible to put the wrong one in the wrong position? I see there is one actuator that has a grey top and one that’s black. Is it possible to accidentally reverse them by accident?
should you disconnect the battery before replacing solenoid?
What is the symptoms they are bad bro
Are they the same sensors for both sides ? I bought both and they are not labeled and I want to make sure
I'm not sure but on dual overhead cam engines the camshafts are the same size so probably
Yes
Different part numbers at the parts store
What code will show if this is the problem?
p0010 for intake
