This video needs a quick re-edit showing AB pounding out the chicken breast. That’s one of the pieces most people get wrong. Also, mixing the leftover breadcrumbs into the leftover egg, seasoning it and frying that up is peak.

Whooo weeee! The saturated fat and cholesterol content of this entrée is through the roof! Cardiologists and diabetes doctors will sleep comfortably tonight after watching this segment knowing they won't be going out of business anytime soon. Ka-ching! 🤣
Olive oil especially extra virgin is mostly monounsaturated fat, not saturated, that said this is obviously a sometimes only food.
@@novah589 We do need two fats: alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid. And we only need about 3% of our daily calories should come from them (about 20 or 30 grams). Now just 1 tablespoon of olive oil contains 120 calories, and of those calories, guess how much is from fat? Answer: 120. olive oil (all oils) is nothing more than liquid fat. But Action here has combined all that olive oil with the chicken (saturated fat and cholesterol), eggs (saturated fat and cholesterol), and all that cheese (even more saturated fat and cholesterol). Of all the fats in this clip, though, you are right in that olive oil is the least unhealthy of everything else here. 👍
@@Jim_L Bro I'm not disputing there is a lot of fat and calories in the meal, anything fried will be, but it's just weird you'd call it out for saturated fat when it's like a fraction of an egg per cutlet, and like 5g of a hard cheese grated, it's actually not that much saturated fat at all considering he's using chicken breast which is extremely lean.
@@novah589 My good friend, it's not weird at all. What's weird is that I'm getting the vibe that you think that this entrée is somehow bad but not all that bad, and that's really far from the truth. The claim you put forth about chicken being lean is a myth. Most folks don't know that chicken has the exact same amount of cholesterol as red meat (about 70 mg. per 3 ounces). Even your leanest piece of chicken breast is still 20% saturated fat. Please don't kid yourself, Novah, in thinking that, "Oh, it's only a tiny bit of egg you're getting and just a tiny bit of cheese, so that's not too bad." Action's chicken cutlet concoction is yet just another bad food choice that is leading to all of our heart disease and diabetes out there. And don't get me started on eggs, dairy, and cheese. Ugh. 😁 Be well.

What on Earth are you talking about? Skinless chicken breast has 1g of saturated fat per 100g, out of every food video on youtube you bring up saturated fat?
