I myself am part of the 300+ "Club". When I hit 360, I knew I had to switch it up. Funny thing was I watch an Action Bronson video of his weight loss and if he can, I can too. Been a month so far and down to 333. Not dramatic, but I'm getting there.

Action Bronson is an inspiration. I started listening to his music in 2012, sophomore year of high school. Back then I was big at 215 but I started wrestling and lost some weight. Eventually wrestled at 170. Broke my ankle on my 17th birthday and it was all downhill from there. 7 years later I was at 278 and decided it was time to make a change. That was last year February 2020. I was disciplined for a month and lost 10 pounds, until Covid hit. I pretty much took quarantine as an excuse to give up, completely my fault. I've now ballooned up to 315. Seeing what Bronson did with his quarantine is a true inspiration. I tried getting back into some light workouts yesterday, and apparently they weren't light enough because I can't move my arms. It's going to be a long road but it must be done.

Also went off antidepressants, well all prescription medicine, I think the combo of antidepressants, weed and alcohol were lowering my testosterone a lot. When I quit those things I started growing more chest hair and armpit hair, basically hair everywhere. Was 380 after the pandemic. Stepped on a scale and realized I needed to change my life. Picked the hardest job I could think of in this Arizona heat and started may 15th. (A gym isn't really a possibility for me so I figured a hard working job could do the trick.) so far down 30 pounds in 2 months. Trust me when I say I could've lost more but when I go too ham on the diet the cramps are vicious. But this video inspired me☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽
