HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR STEAK?!
Let rest for an hour, season heavily with salt pepper and a lil bit of smoked paprika. Hard sear topped Sautéed mushrooms with a side of roasted potatoes & onions. Gotta have roasted asparagus or carrots as well sometimes mashed potatoes
I let it walk to the table.
Pan simmer 1 min on both sides then straight to Tha Stomach 👊💯💪😎🤠🫗💦🍻 OooooooHWeeeeeeeeee to Whoop Whoop 👊💪💦💪🫗
MIS'd. I make poor decisions.
Churrasco (outside skirt steak) forever ♾️
Just freestylin the chopped steak was a thing of beauty.
Hexclad: " We need that scheduled video"
Actions Brain: "Fuck I forgot, what can I do... Ok, I'ma get 6 steaks &... Yeah, I got this"
Action: "Say no more, I'll have your video Monday"
& I am not mad one bit, brilliant.
Facts hahahaha
easiest top 3 steak vids in the world if not top 2 EASY --e: quickest run throu vdo of how to cook a steak in mad different styles without the detail recipe list.
I hope Hexclad spend as much on their product development and production as they do on advertising and product placement!
don't recommend tbh, just go with the tried and true stainless steel. hexclad is more fluff than buff
@@oshovv Stainless turns blue and permanently discolors with very high heat. Carbon steel or cast iron are best for very high heat like steak searing. Not sure what happens to HexClad when it gets super hot.
Uhh we love our hexclad hybrid pan. Insane cook on meats. Low upkeep and never sticks
@@tone1352 HexClad contains PTFE, which means you shouldn't go above 500F. Best initial sear on a steak happens around the 500-550 mark, similar to the heat of charcoal flame cooked. The HexClad site marketing-speaks that away by saying 'you don't need as much heat with HexClad'. Of course you can cook at lower temps, but it just doesn't come out the same. I'll stick with my cast iron skillet for steaks, and carbon steel for wok-hei on my Chinese stir-fry.
@@kindablue1959haxclad isn’t a product for people like you. Products like hexclad are for people with actual lives and jobs and friends who don’t have 3 hours pre and post cooking. I bet hexclad won’t rust if you don’t massage it with oil after every use…
This guy is king of making it up as I go along
This guy was born to expand vocabulary and cut meats

Can’t cook steak on pure love my man 😂❤
"the little part that only thugs eat" is hilarious
Action looks soooo much healthier. Huge props for putting in that work dude!
Yo my man is working 5 pots at one time! This guy wrist game is phenomenal!!
Wrist working like he cooking up a crack rock
This makes me incredibly happy
I am glad that most of the time he is showcasing food from masters. And he is just munching away. What he is quite good at.
I just love the cinematic shots of everyone in the crew eating. I just love that content! Another great episode
“Obviously, there is a right way to do this…. I AM WINGING IT!” 😂🤣😂🤣
Managing to burn them and undercook them at the same time is honestly impressive.
seriously wtf was this my wife cooks steaks better than that with the same steps. He did say he doesn't like cooking a piece of flesh so lets give him that.
Pittsburgh
Now I want steak! Thanks Bronson for the inspiration
Action is a perfect sales man, bless my man
Love these solo action cooking vids!! good vibes! good chef! :)
I mean a little longer in the pan wouldn’t hurt 😂
Yes it would
That looked amazing. Also I love that you’re repping a RVCA hat!
I think, I like your New Life Better then Your Old One.
We All Should Be So Fortunate, AB!
Solid!
Best feel good channel on the utube
Action Bronson singing "Believe" by Cher was not on my 2024 bingo card.
Great video ❤
One of the coolest dudes on the planet
We need a Guga & Action Bronson cross over
Awesome!
I'm divided if i like Action the chef or Action the rapper better 😍
Intro song made me waiting for more. Impression of Cher made my day.
I think that crispy beef thingy would be great wrapped inside one of those transparent Vietnamese rice wraps.
nice... Action, Very Nice..!
Bronson needs to go to Shady Maple in PA
THANK YOU SIR
I don’t think any of those steaks were cooked long enough but what do I know.
Nice!
Those steaks looked amazing raw. Not so much after cooking.
Cool stick with your medium well overdone steak
@@gregbradshaw7220 Open your eyes and read my comment again. I didn't say they look undercooked. They just didn't look good. Unevenly cooked mess.
Peace from California! ✌🏽
Your state sucks you should probably move
Little rare...🐂 may of been still breathing 😂
Stop ordering steak😂
You would think action Bronson would be given credit for inventing a mathematical formula for the demise of all steaks instead of going through the gritty process of cooking one himself.
Great music!
Looks like each steak was cooked one way big dog… rare.
only proper way to cook meat of that quality. Anything more is pointless.
@TheMistafool how so?
@@user-tw4kd2dz1h quality meat like that can be eaten raw.. so the point of eating good cuts like that is rare... if you gonna burn it theres no reason to pay for a expensive steak
@@jvmartiniano but is it tastier than meduim rare ?
People tell me I’m doing it wrong but I’m gonna need all that (well done) 🤣
If you like your steak well done, you might as well grind up the steak and make a hamburger. Steaks 🥩 should be eaten either from rare, medium rare, and medium. I prefer medium rare. To each their own.
whaat a hell did you just cook man!! burning everythin! 🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤣 i feel sorry for this people giving compliments
Sooooo Good 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The perfect video does exist
Yikes the crew are just digging in at the end because he tells them to... we need the french Clovis around to drop a bit of honesty 😅
Honesty about what
What brand is the olive oil you put on the steak after you sliced it?
action bronson reminds of the apparantly kid
I'm smoked out on rosin and this foo singing is killing me😂😂😂😂
I could eat those meats all day and night!!! Awesome vid!!
Haha i love that 5 cuts 6 ways
Action is the best! Neil Young was hitting that audiotune in the 70s, hahaha
Auto-Tune was invented in 1997. Cher's Believe popularized Auto-Tune in 1998.
Vocoders were invented in the 1930s. Neil Young used a vocoder on his album Trans in 1983. Pink Floyd and ELO used vocoders in the '70s.
@@GhostfaceDylan makes sense!
@@snellbeast_jasonsnellTrans was a pretty divisive album by Neil Young, but I love what he does with the vocoder. Eerily beautiful.
@@GhostfaceDylan For sure, I think he made that too get out of a contract, I didn't get it at first (many) listens, dig it now, I bet folks would enjoy that record now....
@@snellbeast_jasonsnellyeah. Same here. Trans was his first album on a new label. I completely dismissed the album for years. Similar to Bob Dylan's Live at Budokan. Which features big joyous Vegas style renditions of Dylan's songs. Very different and off-putting for a fan at the time. But relistening to them now. I love both albums. They are something fun and different that stand out from everything else they've done.
Action come on bro, don't forget about them burpees my man ;)
First time I've watched one of your videos. Fun to watch. Unfortunately, I have to cook my steaks in a fry pan right now, so its great to see you do this. Do you always, or should you always, finish it off in the oven? Aside from getting the edges a bit more done, what's the purpose of a oven finish? And what temp is the oven set to?
they finish in the oven because the steaks girth, so its cooked inside and not only outside but personally i dont finish in the oven
If you want a really good char you need to fry/sear on very high heat. That doesn't always cook it all through a thick cut, so you put it in the oven to finish it through. You can also turn the heat down on the stove and cover it for a little while, but that tends to make the steak sweaty.
What a carnivorous heaven
@Actionbronsonmusic is my favorite everything 🤩💖🤩
mate this was a shocking example of how to cook steaks hahaha
Morning Boss 🤙
myy boy can cook dayum son
We need an Action Bronson and Matty Matheson team up
‘Powerful Truth Angels’ podcast - Action, Matty, and 2tone (bien and raised)
It probably smells like heaven in there with all those steaks cookin!😂🤤
Actually, it's probably smoked out and hard to see and breathe. Getting a good char on a steak creates lots of nasty smoke, and you need strong fans to clear it all out. But it's worth it in the end.
@@kindablue1959 thanks hah
I love my steak well done
cheer the love
I'm shocked he didn't use the pan juices and made a sauce or just put in on after the best part 😮
Cause there were none! Everything was burnt to shit 😂
I feel bad for the crews that come in after these shows and clean all the scotched pans and shit show of a mess we all know they’re leaving behind 😂😂
They get paid to do cleanup, otherwise they'd have no jobs.
LOS GEHTS!!! ICH BIN HUNGRIG
Me auch
Imagine the smell in that kitchen as all those steaks are cookin, sweet baby jeebus
My man absolutely disrespected tf out of them steaks 😭
You are pretty intertaining bro 😂been following your Journey for a few years..BIG PERSONALITY G..keep it upp..😂you and Clovis in paris is something Else..😅
This was amazing. Truly one of a kind and full of talent and charisma. He looks healthy and happy. God has blessed this man.
Cooks mines a little bit longer tho lol looks good
The Cher part was hilarious
One of the rare occasions where there is no guest and no conversation. Just cooking.
Bro, you just lift me up. ❤😂 🇬🇧
“That’s kinda like beef carnitas 😃”
“It is like beef carnitas🗿”
Fuckin love Action 😂
He said that's kinda like carnitas
It's like beef carnitas yes

how old are these clips?
Almost didn’t see this all worth it with the Cher sing a long and southpark reference

🎉🎉
That shit raw
Rare, not raw.
Maybe a minute or two more on each cut.
Action goes carnivore??? Lets go
💚💚💚
That’s a stupid thick cutting board! I want one !!!
That's closer to raw than medium. Lol. I personally like mine just a bit more cooked but not medium well either.
south park love, yay
Fucking love u bronson!
🎉
I love it, but I don't get the 'pouring' of olive oil on rich steaks? What's the science behind that big AB?
How do I get your shirt my boy ?
Burnt on the outside raw on the inside...how nonody loves it
Surrounded by ppl that say yes
I don't know what beef carnitas is. But I want it.
Cooked slowly in fat, aka confit. Then drained, chopped and crisped up.
@@kindablue1959 Yeah I watched the video but thanks
