This is one insane upper body workout, i'm so obssesed with the background and the labelling on above the percentage bar is really great to let us know about the current move.. those tate press were so hard on the biceps, thank you sir for this ultimate upper body equipment workout 👊🙏💪❤

Always been curious about Tabatha style training he does, I'm just starting doing his workouts for 2 weeks now, I'm trying to cut down so reason why I choose his workouts, but I been curious about building because there's not so much of stronger contractions, but also great time under tension, wanted to know can your muscles get bigger or just lean muscle forming??
@@bxajay8You can definitely build muscle with their workouts. Maybe just less of the hiit and focus more on these sorts of workouts which are about hypertrophy. I've gained about 15-20lbs of muscle doing these kinds of workouts & calisthenics alone. So yeah, it's possible
Hello Dan, Just to clarify when you say "I'm using 20 lb & 30 lb dumbbells (9 & 14 kg)" its on total the two or each one and then will be (2x9 & 2x14) ? thanks a lot for you workouts. Love it
good morning and swing are both lower body exercises. I am not a fan of swings with dumbbells, there is only ONE piece of equipment for swings, and that is the kettlebell. Not sure why the swing was added to this workout. Thank you however for posting and the time taken to do so!
very good workout. However i noticed you often start with shoulders. Isn't it counterproductive to tire them out first since they're gonna be involved for all the other muscle group?
Awesome workout! Nothing is better than finishing a good upper body workout! By the end, with the pushup finisher, I was laughing haha...I tried my best to do 'em! Thanks for the video! Keep it up!
Awesome workout. Warmed up with your 11 min push-up workout and then jumped into this. Also it would help if the next exercise flashed up a little quicker on the screen after the previous set. Helps me prepare my weight set amount. Thanks!
