For beginning doctors yes, but it will become a status symbol later on hence a lot of doctors go usually with luxury brands (japanese brands, mazda, lexus, LC, to BMWs). Can you recommend it for a first car buyer?
First car and first time driver? Might be a littlte too big, pero depende naman po sa skills.
@TeamDyTV ndi naman first time, first brand new car. Kamusta po availability ng SL6?
@@beedeefan same case sakin, first time brad new car hehe. More inventory are arriving according to BYD Greenhills, mas mabilis na daw ang releasing. Check nyo po sa agent ko Shaun Lee +639175540917.
one thing that all of vloggers out there,, di nila sinasama specs ng gas engine, since generator ang dating nya... may need pa bang radiator ang ice generator nya? engine oil? coolant?
pasagot sna sa may alam
@@catablworld4250 yes, there should be, I tried to take a video of those if you saw the video, sarado yung engine, just the small opening on the top lang ang nasilip, and that's also the point of The Businessman for use case #2 na kelangan pa rin ng maintenance.
But yes, you are correct, hindi na masyado napapagusapan probably because the SL6 is primarily driven by the elec motor. Assist na lang yung ICE.
@@TeamDyTV thank you so much and i love your video
@@catablworld4250 salamat po.
mas magastos po ba mag maintain ng SL6 compared sa Atto3? dahil aside sa elec eh pati ice din po? but does it have a big gap or savings in the long run? your opinyon lang po.. thanks po
@@scubartistqnolsy i think may additional maintenance ang SL6 dahil nga, like you said, may ICE na kelangan din ng maintenance.
Kung full EV ang usage mo most of the time, syempre mas matipid sa maintenance kung Atto3.
Wading water height Sir?
@@jaimelabastilla707 I have no info about that, pero I will not expect much knowing the low relatively low ground clearance for an suv.
Akala ko sa isang product review, ay meron pros & cons? naging Product endorsement na yata ito hehe. Thanks sa nice video po sir.
Hindi mo na gets yung cons ng SL6? Watch nyo po ulit.
Cons:
3) more complex design = more failure & maintenance.
4) defeats the purpose of the progress to green energy & zero fossil fuel
@@loydireyes5054 #2 Battery Weight - good point. Thanks for sharing.
@@loydireyes5054 as for the dead weight ang battery pag di naka full charge para iba ang approach ng BYD, sa DMi kasi most of them time ang electic motor ang main power train even at low battery.
Just want to share. Corolla cross 1.8G HEV has 700km of distance on a full tank. Capacity is 36liters. So almost same lang yata with the sealion when u travel. Just need to gas 2x with the corolla. With a full spare tire. Parang mas peace of mind yun kesa sa tire repair kit. Also 1.8 vs 1.5 engine syempre dun ako sa 1.8 engine. Conservative lang c toyota when it comes to power and torque figures.
So, hindi ito pwede sa provinces since wala pang charging stations dito? Can it be charged at home?
@@titocoffee211 eto po ang perfect for provinces, you can charge at home, may kasama na charging cables, it will also charge itself using its gas engine.
@@TeamDyTV Thank you for your reply and the information.
@@TeamDyTV sir ilang oras naman ang charging time to get it fully charge before it's ready to hit the road?
@@CarloCruz-j2t3 hours =100%
@@CarloCruz-j2tkapag fast charger 3hrs lang daw. Kapag yung portable charger that you can plug sa bahay mga 8 hrs daw po. Sakto lang overnight, pag gising mo full charge na.
What about the burning BYD in China? What is the cause?
@@rodpau691 not sure of the cause, but according to Steve of BYD BGC, it happened long time ago and it was the old battery. The one installed on the SL6 is latest and safest Blade technology.

@@Snotrerref7635 salamat po
If you are looking for reliabily and safety, this is not the car for you.
May I know why you say this? I am looking into buying the SL6 next year so I am waiting for early buyers' long term review of the car performance and after sales service etc. So I am curious as to why you commented this if you have first hand experience or is this based on the assumption for Chinese made cars?
😂tologo?
Are you suggesting that Warren Buffett invest in companies without conducting due diligence? 🙃

@@LifeIsAjourney70s yup, subscribe and follow us, let's see if this is indeed junk.
Now that's what we call a review. Tagusan, no play safe BS like other reviewers na takot i-compare other car brands at baka di na sila pahiramin kotse for reviews. Though BYDs mileage are a bit exaggerated or shall we say, over optimistic. Real world pure EV with 4-5passengers maybe about 60-70kms which is still a lot for driving around manila lang. Hybrid mode with 4-5passengers, 800kms maybe?
Actually yung 1100 KM on paper e na break pa ng ACTUAL users that reach 1600km in fulltank.
I think yung sinasabi niyo ay ibang new car model ni BYD that has a claimed distance of 2,000kms in one full tank. Sa China pa ginawa ang test pero they only made 1600kms na kesyo tatlo kasi ang sakay nila, maulan, etc.
@@Bangbangboom51 Sa Sealion 6 po mismo yang 1600+ kms in one fulltank/full charge. Syempre takbong sobrang OPTIMAL yan pero the fact that it overcame yung "on paper" (which is usually bloated figures) e sobrang good sign yun.
Top speed ng BYD sealion6 is nasa 170kmph.
