I agree with you about the seams where newborn poo gets stuck 😅. The only OsoCozy item we have are the organic cotton flannel wipes, which are my favorite wipes. Been using some of those for 3.5 years now. 💜 Heidi
Yea👏🏽🙌🏾 my daughter is 2 mths old and I’m using osocozy cotton flats, I used natural disposables from when she was born but started two days ago with the cloth.. I use the natural disposables at night now and when I’m traveling or driving/going out, I find it easier that way for now ….
I have been rewatching your videos and I am so thankful for your reviews. I’m cloth diapering from new born for the first time and I planned on using fitted diapers from 2-3 weeks on and I ordered the osocozy based on this video! They looked to be a great price for the quality. Not sure how well they will fit at that age but cord should be gone by then for my baby.
Love the newborn prefolds snappied- holds in poo and easy laundry. Have to boost at a certain point but bought mine used and am using on multiple babies so overall very happy with them. Pockets and aios just didn't do it for us. Leaked poo and pee but convenient for Dr apts where you need to take diaper on and off so I kept a small handful.
So you would recommend the Osocozy ones to someone building a newborn stash on a budget? I like that there are only two sizes rather than all the sizes Cloth Eez offers, but I know a lot of people recommend Cloth Eez.
I like both the osocozy and cloth-eez prefolds. But I'm not someone who actually wraps them around baby much. I also don't use them every day. So I don't know what it's like to have a full stash of them, so I can't say if I would prefer one to the other if they were all I was using all the time, I hope that makes sense.
@@lainaslife6351 yes! That makes sense. I like to wrap around in the newborn days because of explosive poop. Once that stage is over I like to padfold. Or use flats. I would LOVE to try fitteds for overnight but I also think my husband would love the ease of using them.
Thanks for this one! We are debating flats and prefolds. Have you done an absorbency test on the bamboo flat? Does it seem to hold as much as the muslin gmd flat in practice?
Any thoughts on the osocozy bamboo prefold? I’m an AI2 girl switching to prefolds and have loved the trim fit of bamboo for my Lalabye baby inserts but I hear the bamboo prefolds shrink a ton.

Newborn poo is like sticky play dough.
Got some oso cozy regular size prefolds for this baby looking forward too trying them

It took me a few months to get into nighttime cloth. So do what works for your family. ❤

Fitteds are so great for the newborn days, if you ask me! I really hope you enjoy cloth diapering your baby. Congrats!

Living for the purple lipstick!!!! 💜💄
Aww thanks 😊
Love your videos, and love 💕 learning about absorbency
I have been debating between buying the cloth-eez prefolds or the osocozy prefolds. Do you have a preference between the two?
I like the size of the osocozy for padfolding. If you're going to be wrapping them around baby, you might like the GMD better.

Yes, the osocozy bamboo flat will hold as much as a one size muslin flat from gmd/cloth-eez! 👍

My son urinated through all of them first pee. So very disappointing, but I loved them as burp rags and a soft towel.
