Thank you for this video! I decided to purchase the trimsies pattern. I've made one and its so cute. I hope my snaps last. I almost thought about using hook and loop but yours looked so sweet i just stuck with the snaps. In your opinion how do you think hook and loop would do?

Is there one like the trimsies that’s pre made?

I just bought some Luludew newborn fitteds for my baby due in December! I love how soft they are. I look forward to trying them. I also have some kisaluvs size zero that I have already tried on my last baby and loved them. Fitteds are just wonderful for holding all the mess inside!

@@jamiewormington733 I got some of them from Mercari and some locally from another Mama. I still have them for sale. I have 16 (5 have matching boosters.) Someone else is asking about them too so let me know ASAP!

Newborn fitteds in general are adorable 😍 Interesting thought on composting them down the road, I usually just throw them into fabric recycling but might try to compost as an experiment. Have you done it? Wonder how long it would take to break down.

I haven't tried composting cloth diapers or clothing yet, but I would love to. Maybe someday when I live somewhere with some dirt, instead of in an apartment building. Let me know how it goes if you try it! A flat would be easier. These fitteds also have elastic that would need to be removed. And I think the fabric should be cut into strips before putting into the compost, to help the process along. 💜 Heidi

I have tried the esembly and loved how trim they are but not so soft
Do you have a fitted you recommend that is trim like esembly but a little softer
My baby girl is 15 pounds
    Thank you ❤️

Hmm... For soft to the touch I like velour. However, the velour Luludew fitteds we used ended up not being absorbent enough as baby grew. With my daughter I liked Loveybums organic cotton velour fitteds, but I think I liked them because they were second hand and the elastics were relaxed.
My current favorite fitted is by Spunky Rumps. The outer layer is stretchy and smooth. They do come with a velour booster. I really like that Spunky Rumps has a pocket to stuff a hemp/cotton trifold, which makes them super absorbent. And the stretchy outer makes them comfortable. They are a pricey option, so something nice to have a couple of for nighttime. Here's my referral link if you want to take a look. There are also stockings through Facebook. spunkyrumps.com/discount/ecpeesyspunk

Sorry to ask, was it easy to wash the esembly? I heard on another video it is a pain to wash between the layers of the inserts ?

@@TheLizztoncitoI saw this when I got mine and so what I did was detach the middle 3 sewn down sections on the inserts so it can agitate around better and I havent had any issues with that they don't have a single stain either but I do use the stay dry liners too but even on the edge where it doesn't always all get on the liner they haven't stained. I also rinse them all in a bucket of water before putting in the pail so they don't sit with yuck very long because I also just wash daily(small stash).

If the babee greens was the one size fitted - do you think you’d prefer that one? Looking at babee greens vs cloth eez for purchase but wondering about absorbency and softness between the two. Also, cloth eez you have to buy each new size, I wonder if babee greens actually does work with all sizes. If you know, please share :) Love this video ♥️

Hi! We have a Babeegreens OS fitted diaper and I don't care for it at all. We used it a few times just to try it out. I feel like it needs the snap in booster to be absorbent enough even on a young baby. But it's a big awkward fit. It is very soft. I much prefer sized diapers that actually fit well. So my personal choice would be Cloth-eez Workhorse fitteds. 💜 Heidi
