It's very nice but I'd rather get a large older property on an oversized lot in the section 10 area. Even with a "to the studs" remodel you'd save several million and have beautiful established landscaping.

For $6 million and high ceilings on first floor (making the stairway extra long) it needs an elevator for any buyer over 55 or so. I guess this will be for one of the many new pro athletes in town who don’t mind running up and down the stairs all day.

Beautiful...aside from the whole living in a wasteland. No green or mountains..I grew up in Montana and live in the north west...after MANY deployments I think it soured me to the whole desert thing.

To each their own, i lived in the northwest my whole life and I do not miss the gloomy weather at all.

House is great. Community looks like an old open-air mine though.
Due to being in the hillsides, the lots had to have many levels of terraces built into the landscape. It will look better once all the homes are built out.

A lot of holes in the desert, and a lot of problems are buried in those holes. But you gotta do it right. I mean, you gotta have the hole already dug before you show up with a package in the trunk. Otherwise, you're talking about a half-hour to forty-five minutes worth of digging.

It’s sad these homes don’t have a yard at all it basically just has enough land for the house itself but imagine if it had an actual half an acre of land that would make so much more sense for the price but Vegas just sux for land and space and very little nature. We should move 😂

Hated the kitchen. The powder room is way out he way. You would have to walk through the most of the house if you were in the pool. If the home is for childless adults then the bar area is dope. If this house has a family then I’d swap out the bar for a family room. The second floor primary is totally better.
