Rule of thumb is one fish per 10 gallons. In a tank that size though you're going to want to get some large fish to start and I would go somewhere between 80 and 100 so they can grow a large comfortably depending on the variety of fish 🐠 purchased

I kept saltwater fish in a 55 gallon tank for 20 years. I'd never do it again unless I could afford to have a service maintain the tank each week. Keeping the temp and the specific gravity in check was a pain.

Can you imagine having to dust those damn rocks around the bathrooms etc. I feel sorry for whoever cleans this house. I’ve got 15 foot glass walls and sure they look good but they’re also painful to keep clean.

So many things to consider with the number of fish to safely house in this massive saltwater tank... I have absolutley no experience with fish. The filtration system, type and size of fish, hiding places for the smaller guys so they don't land up on the dinner menu for the bigger fish... I'll guess 80 - 3 inch fish. based on 1 inch of fish per 5 gallons. Comfortably though I'll say 50
We watched this property in the construction process while living in Henderson, NV. McDonald Ranch is a very exclusive development in a coveted neighborhood. The fish tank can hold roughly 400 tropical fish at 3 inches each. The size of the fish dictates the capacity eg. 200 fish @6 inches.each.

It all depends on the size of the fish but I believe the rule of thumb is 1 inch of fish per 5 gallons. That’s 240 inches of fish or roughly 55 clownfish!

Really depends on the size of the fish, but given good filtration and care you can put about 160 medium sized fish safely in the tank.

Depending on how crowded you want the tank I would say 100, 20 to 30 different species of fish with various quantities and the different types of plants .

About an inch fish per gallon so call it 1200 little fishes or 50 big fishes like (like Queen angelfish and Lionfish). Realistically you're looking at 300-400 fishes if you going assorted sizes, which is the right way to make it look beautiful.
This house is full of Asian ambiance..quiet and serenity.
Wait, a house like this with a pool and "back yard" that three neighbors can see into??? So you will need a swimsuit in your own pool? Also, what is the insect situation in Las Vegas after dark (especially) if the glass wall is wide open all day like this?? How many flies, bugs etc. are you going to have all over the place?
I lived in Vegas yrs ago. No flying bugs, I sat outside by my pool under a light reading, no bugs. Love inside outside living.
25 fish in the 1200 gallon fish tank. Awesome 10,871 sqft mansion with an awesome view for $13.5M. You will never, never get this price for this size of the property in New York City.

How many fish could live in this tank depends on the size of the fish. I'm sure the owner would want a variety of sizes, so my guess would be 88 fish.
Ryan I believe the size and/or type of the fish will determine the amount of fish you can have in the aquarium!
You are great at what you do Ryan, in my humble e opinion. Fish tank 1200 gallon depends on the size of the fish but I would put about eighty.
Depends on how big the fish are. You can fit 3 1-inch fish in a 3 gallon tank, so if your fish are 1-inch, you could technically fit 1200 in there :)
