Cummins Onan QG 7000 Rv Generator upgrade.. Run 3 15k AC Units!!

Cummins Onan Rv generator upgrade. The QG 7000 is a very quiet generator and is one of the largest in the market for generator prep. My video shows what is involved in the upgrade. I had to water jet a new floor plate and reseal. Thanks to BKG Machine in Victoria TX for cutting the plate.
I also needed a few extra parts for the Cummins genset such as exhaust flange gaskets and bolts. When it comes to Cummins parts and service Rocky Mountain Generator out of Colorado is my go to. The best customer service and fastest shipping I have experienced.

Did you have any problems with yamaha overheating? I have a 2021 fr3 33 ds and when it's hot outside it constantly overheats and shuts down, have to wait for it to cool down and start again, constantly having trouble with mine

@hermandick No never did with Yamaha.. The NPS is a good genset with a very good fan. Might check floor cutouts for intake and exhaust. Make sure they cut it out correctly. NPS has a great customer support if you call them..

Which one would you say is quietest onan or yamaha. The yamaha I have seems very noisy, never had the onan to compare
