I wish Honda made onboard generators. Those little Honda Inverter generators are solid and QUIET.
I like how your entry door has a mirror on it. This way you can make sure it's you going into the RV and not someone else. Any added security measure is always a smart idea.

With that generator box right there you can apply sound deading material on the outside. I can't do that on my Class C easily.

I had a Cummins 4k with short exhaust like that and was awful. Had 5500 with exhaust ran out passenger side and very quiet. The longer exhaust pipe helps a lot. But what you have is awful. Couldn’t handle that.
Have you had any trouble with your NPS 5500? Mine cut off the other night and I cannot get it to even start to try and crank. There is also no numbers on the LED hour meter. Any suggestions?
Or beefing up the enclosure with acoustical padding?
Do they make a sound cover for it?
I got mine and haven’t ran it yet. Can you run it for a long period of time with the door closed
our 5500 onan is linked into our Lippert One Control so we can use it from our phone and start it from any state or distance, can this be linked into the one control wifi, or just key fob, Thank you for the video,

I have a little issue. When I run one AC unit is fine. When I run the second unit the generator is on but cuts all per to the RV. Why is that? I also have 2 15K units.
Are you blowing a breaker on the unit?

We just purchased this unit Monday, we cannot run both units at the same time. Generator revs up then kills both air conditioners. Is the only solution run one ac on cool and the other on fan only?
Is it blowing one 30amp breaker? If it is you can put a jumper on the 110 legs at the transfer switch. You ant to make sure in your breaker panel both ac units are not on the same leg.. one air on each 110.. Manufacturers have messed this up.. You will just need to switch breakers in your panel to another position.. hope this helps..
Can three air conditioners be ran at the same time on that same Yamaha inverter?

DOES YOUR NPS5500 HAVE A WASHER ON THE OIL DRAIN PLUG. JUST CHANGED MINE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT DOES NOT AND I FOUND THAT ODD? ANY HELP YOU COULD OFFER WOULD BE GREAT. THANK-YOU!
No it does not..
