Does the window open and does the room stay a constant temperature thought the winter or does it get stuffy in the room? (My dorm room at my college right now gets uncomfortably warm even if its 10°F outside) 3. How is the bed? Hard, soft, middle, and should I bring a heavy blanket or a few thin ones? 4. How do the cafeterias work? Do you buy a meal plan? (I looked on the website but it wasn't very descriptive...) 5. Anything you really recommend to bring, even for just one semester? Thank you so much, this helped me a lot more than some other room tour videos.
Hi! Yes you are only allowed to bring food in the kitchen, but nothing in your room. The window opens and it stay nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The bed is soft and comfortable and you can rent a pillow and a blanket from the dormitory for around 20$. There are different meal plans for the cafeteria, but i personally didn't eat there because i found it a little bit expensive. You should bring your own bed sheets but even that you can buy when you arrive for a good price, so don't worry :)

My name is Dana
I'd prefer to clean my own space rather than relying on someone who can't really satisfy me, had a bad experience with cleaning lady...
Well she just cleans the bathroom and toilet, but you can always clean again by yourself if you are not happy with it ^^
