The entire family needs to be investigated and the police department.
What’s left of them
Especially the crooked police dept. criminals.
Ain't nobody left man .
Yep, they are ALL dirty.
Did you see that video where Paul's on the gurney in the hospital after the boat accident? The police are coddling him telling him not to worry...you're not in trouble Paul. It was sickening!

Hopefully prison
That's Busters mess ! He's next on the big stage +

@@BusterMSC1 Murdaugh family member says what?
I have been an attorney since 1989, when I graduated law school, passed the bar and went to work as an Asst. DA. I tried over 150 jury trials, and I caught a good bit of this trial, and Justice was handed out. Buster does inherit all of his mother’s estate, and also Paul’s. By law, a murderer can never inherit from one he is convicted of killing. It is as if AM had pre-deceased Buster when it comes to inheritance in this case. But, Buster will never touch that money, all of the victims of the financial crimes will get that money before Buster. I feel there is a lot of cash offshore. The $50k/wk habit was not believable to me.
Maggie was not included in those lawsuits. I don’t get how Maggie’s inheritance would be affected by Alex crimes?
Buster murdered his classmate and Alex covered it up. The housekeeper was murdered by Alex because she overhead something about the classmates murder and was murdered for it. Paul drank excessively because he knew of Both murders committed by Buster and Alex. Alex killed Paul because Paul was going to rat out Buster and particularly Alex for his beloved housekeepers murder. The wife who had knowledge of All the murders and stollen money, was divorcing Alex and threatened to rat him out, so Alex needed to get ride of her as well.
@@fredricbethune7803 that's a crazy theory, to bad you have no proof they killed that kid
I agree; $50k a week for one person's opiate habit is 100% impossible. His mistake in claiming this number was that he didn't match it with his declared consumption. His habit, if at the level he claimed, would have cost $15k, max. And that's also impossible for the human body, even with an otherworldly tolerance.
I wouldn't go so far as to say it's he offshored the money. That's more speculation than I'll entertain. But there is definitely a lot of money that he claims left his hands that doesn't mathematically align with what was delivered back into his hands.
Also, interesting to see someone comment that passed the Bar.👍
You think Buster is not going to touch that money? Unfortunately I don't think so. He seems to like to spend money, travel rich, play golf, gamble and party, more than to study, anyway. From what I have read, Maggie's will had been tampered with, as a result AM and his brothers had their hands on Maggies estate right after her death and AM soon renounced the inheritance in favor of Buster, to keep it from being frozen by the judge or used against AM's debts. Seems they were able to put most in a trust, possibly along with the Randy III inheritance of AM and Buster (and Paul), but most of that won't be accessible for his creditors, it is all Busters now. Also AM's brothers sold all kinds of assets and sued AM for money he allegedly borrowed - so that thinned out even more whatever the victims could have gotten back. The family also prevailed in getting Busters name off the list of sued people in the boat case, as well as Maggie's name, so I don't see how the victims could get their hands on that money, let alone for AM's debts! Only Moselle, which was in Maggie's name alone, was agreed to be used for either the boat crash or the housekeeper's boys, I forgot which. I'm sure there is a lot more that was in Maggies name that's never been uncovered. I wonder if in fact this trust fund (in part Maggie) has been paying for AM's defense and will pay for the appeal and all further proceedings. So far his defense case must have been a million or more, and where did the money come from with AM officially broke, sitting behind bars since Oct. 2021, if not from Buster / the trust fund? But I agree there is probably a lot more cash safely stuck away off shore. It will take several years for the financial investigators to work through this and if the money is hidden in the Bahamas that's untouchable. I'm afraid by the time they put it all together, absolutely everything will be gone.
I suspect none of the Murdaughs have completely clean hands . . . including Alex's brothers. I don't for a minute believe the housekeeper tripped over dogs or that there is not some connection between the Murdaughs and Steve Smith. This saga probably has a long way to go before the last lawsuit rests.
the whole ginger family is evil and has been for decades. i hope buster never knows another day of peace in his life
There should be a 3 part Lifetime movie coming!
Agreed, 100%
I think Randy is innocent.
💯
Hopefully, he gets questioned about the death of Stephen Smith, the young man deserves justice.
8 years ago, not happening
Consider, Buster has lost everything, and he's not done losing. Buster's involvement in Stephen's death is speculative; I pray Buster is left alone. What he has to bear is inconceivable.
It's been reopened

Buster and John Marvin know exactly what Alex did, my thought.
In all phone call with Alex and Buster... not 1 single word about Paul and Maggie

There is not one of those calls that Buster was in control of the narrative. Buster never got the choice of who his parents were. People who testify are coached. Based on their jail house conversations about bribing law school administrators and politicians, I'm sure he's wondering the same thing. Money and power has done this young man no favors.
What shocked me was the jail house conversations about selling the assets as soon as possible to pay the bank so property liens could be removed. Not a word about paying his many victims . This greedy family needs to be held accountable. Buster is an adult and should work for his money like the rest of us.
I guess he was working, right? Cause at the end of the day, if you don't work and get your own revenue, who's gonna put some bread or the table?
@@stephanelachance9131😊 3:
Buster is working at the Buffalo Wings in Hilton Head.
PERIOD.
Difficult to understand that you, or anyone else would find it shocking that AM does not give a fig about any of his victims. He is what he is, and is unlikely to change any time soon.
Buster may have some criminal or financial responsibility in Mallory's murder. Did he know his brother was using his ID? Also, there is another case that may involve Buster. It's a hot mess. Finally, I think that Maggie left the beach house to her father-in-law. Sort of a weird arrangement. Then the father-in-law died days later. It's almost like Alex planned it.
Plus he was kicked out of law school for cheating. What a messed up family.
She didn't leave the beach house to her father in law. Her will was tampered with by a handwritten note that changed executor of her will from her sisters name to her father in law, Randy the III, who of course was very ill for very long and expected to die soon. The change didn't make any sense whatsoever, but being a handwritten change made the will alltogether invalid - which a family of lawyers would only have known too well. Without a valid will everything including the execution of the inheritance went to Alex as husband automatically, Marian didn't even find out that she had originally been named the executor until half a year later, they never told her! Alex stepped back, had one of his brothers handle the matter, of course renounced the inheritance in favor of Buster, so the money couldn't be touched for his victims. Just another family scheme imo.
Of course he knew.
From my understanding Buster got a copy made of his ID so yeah he knew it. Buster was sued personally for 700,000 I believe.
He paid his portion already
Buster showed exactly *WHO* he really is when he flipped off that witness as they were testifying. 🤷🏻♀️
Is the Steven Smith issue that the Murdaugh’s didn’t want Buster’s name associated with Steven? So there is speculation that the Murdaugh’s had something to do with Steven’s death? I’m trying to follow along. This story has more twists than a bag of pretzels, my goodness…

Buster seems to hate his father. That's the vibe I get. In the end, Alec killed Buster's brother and mother. Buster had everything, but now he has nothing. No parents, only brother, wealth, trust from his community. Hope he finds light in this dark tunnel 🙏
@@dailyinfo360 maybe I'm wrong but that's not the assessment I'm getting. The fact he has zero reactions tells me he has no feelings on the matter, and we all know someone without feeling can be likened to a serious personality disorder. Body language doesn't lie. He never teared up, he never furrowed his eyebrows, he never frowned, he never even so much as shrugged his shoulder. He was emotionless and I get the feeling it had nothing to do with him being numb from the pain. I honestly don't believe he truly cared to begin with. Those parents were so self-absorbed and entitled, they unknowingly taught their own children to model the same behavior and be just as cold and selfish as they were. When your son murders someone in a boat accident and is caught on police-cam laughing and smiling about it, you know you have a very serious problem with your kid. The civil lawsuits should sink the family money.
They probably moved funds to offshore accounts.
Alex’s dad left him a $4MM TRUST THAT IS locked down airtight according to the attorneys. So I guess Buster will inherit
Technically Buster could claim to be a victim and sue his fathers estate for compensation. Of course, that would probably mean admitting his father is guilty
Alex's own brother is suing him. While he tries to clean up and settle the nasty pile of mess Alex left. His brother was in the Courtroom next door all the time . Cleaning Alex's messes. Couldn't be at the trial.

The disrespect Buster showed toward potential witnesses during his Dads court hearing makes me not care what happens to Buster. It appears to me that Maggie was the best of the Murdaugh family, and unfortunately, Alax took her life away. I think the last Murdaugh standing Buster is as heartless as his dad.
Maggie killed the house keeper Gloria. None of the mardaughs have clean hands.. none.
I get tired of hearing how sweet Maggie apparently was; she fed Paul so much booze for years long before the horrible boat crash that killed Mallory Beach, and she never held him accountable. I don't see how she was any better than the rest of the family. I could go on and on, like about her being OK with the police and other organizations hiding evidence to protect her family in every occasion, trying to blame Connor Cook for being the intoxicated driver in the fatal boat crash and being OK knowing another innocent boy might falsely go to prison, and accepting the bull crap that Stephen Smith died by a hit and run, yet Buster's name being mentioned as possibly being responsible for his death gets buried. She was the devil in disguise, and she, Paul and Alex got their just rewards - hopefully Buster will too in time.

Is anyone gonna question what happened to Shephen Smith and how Buster is in connection with that murder? this family has done wrong that has ended peoples lives. I think his girlfriend should head for the hills and get away from that family.

Buster acts like his father, watch his lip movements. His glares at some witnesses, the show of anger sometimes like his dad. BINGO... Buster will probably follow in Daddy's footsteps soon🤣
Tbh I think Buster is nothing like his dad. The jail calls are a giveaway.. Buster can’t wait to get off the phone with him. Alex wanted him to go hunting at Moselle, Buster said “what would that do for me”?
Buster is living off all that stolen money! He's the only one that knows where it is!
And you know this because...why?
The brothers need to be looked into. John Marvin is hiding something? Buster knows more too.
yep him and his dad is killers
After watching all of the documentaries on everything that happened, I am 100% sure that there are a lot of close "friends" and members of the good old boys club in those counties that are absolutely scared to death, that this man will one day try to reduce his sentence by implicating others in financial crimes that they all helped him out with.
LOL. I don't think anybody is scared at all. They all know the oaths and the vows of silence they all took, and what can happen to you and your family if you break that oath. They are probably sitting at their local lodge with their crazy looking aprons on and continuing on with all of their BS lies, manipulation, and scams.

That's exactly how I feel...besides he lost all of his family over one night because of his stupid father, he lost credibility and trust from people as well. Because of his father
@@dailyinfo360 Well, he DID get kicked out of law school for plagiarism, so not sure how much trust anybody had in him before all of this. (Daddy paid $60,000 to get "the boy" back in.) Buster shows antisocial behavior, just like his Daddy.
@@kasday369 and what exactly do you know about it? It was a misunderstand. Not plagiarism so much as innocent failure to cite sources correctly. Reinstates by the way
Justice For Stephen Smith.
Is Buster now going to fake someone attacking him, just like his father did?!
Very sad 💔💔😊
oh, what a tangled web we weave...
Now that Alex isn't around to cover-up for buster, perhaps the authorities will take a closer look at Stephen Smith's death.
can he take care of himself now?
Buster looks like his Dad, Paw Paw looked like his Mum, even height... what a family tho!
I never believed that (Paw-Paw) nick name cr@p ~ all through the trial and in cop interviews Alec had no problem saying the name Paul when referring to his son, then all of a sudden towards the end of trial he started calling his wife (Mags) & his son (Paw-Paw) did anybody else call him that (NO)
Hopefully buster will not get his personality from his dad.
Randy could be trying to put a spike in the heart of an appeal or at least effect it’s outcome (if the interview can be used used)
These people are really messed up; I guess is true that really is crazier than fiction 😮
They need to leave Buster alone
I feel just awful for Paul and his Mom I found out about this story via Netflix this past week (I'm at episode 3), so sad. Family should always come before money.. I wonder what the motive was.
If you really wonder what the motive was, watch the closing arguments by the prosecution (the rebuttal is shorter and better). But if you are looking for this to "make sense" as a motive to slaughter your own son & wife, you won't ever find it.
@@jchi9341 you cant look at these people in a normal value system. There killers, sociopaths, and psychopaths. It makes sense for them to hurt people. Period.
The Media should not have even let that statement be announced this person yelling your son that was completely unprofessional of the day show
If there was ever someone named Buster, it's this dude. Buster.
That will not be easy. It's not like when you are 20 and you leave home to have your own place and start a life like working, getting yourself installed in an appartment or house, buy furniture, etc. Buster will have to learn all this while he grieves the lost of his whole family. We hope that Alex's brothers will support Buster but man, he has a huge hill to climb. Best of luck bro and prayers for you to reach a peaceful life.
Why should he have peace? Does Mallory s family have peace? Or Stephen Smith's family?
Cracker
@@olubukonla7352 Or the housekeeper's family?
Justice For Stephen Smith.
Stephanie I believe that he is living with his girlfriend & her family. So my guess is that he isn’t learning any of the basic skills a young adult needs to know about how to live on his own.
