@@andrewchatman622 If it can clear it doesn't really matter what tier they are. As long as it gets the job done. That is unless you're trying to Zero cycle or something like that.
Tip for Billy, make sure you have entered rolling shot before starting your dash attack combo as Billy effectively gets his crouching shot bonus and you'll end your dash attacks with a roll allowing you to dodge more meaning more dodge counters

his rolling shot has very low mutipliers so I wouldn't recommend spamming it. You're better off building him for ult nuke and chain ttacks since he has the highest ult multipliers in the game, alongside having the second highest chain attacks multiplier. During downtime use his crouching fire.
I definitely agree I could be using crouch shot in single target scenarios more, especially later in the game when his passive will boost its damage even more. In multi-unit waves, dash shot seems to have higher motion value and also isn’t affected by distance falloff as hard so you don’t have to spend time repositioning which trades off well and ends up with higher dps.
@@jordyn-vb3cf Billy has a passive where he increases ult damage by 50% for every chain attack, stacking up to 2 times. This means if you're playing him right his ult is always doing double damage.
Dont let tier list stopping you playing who you like! I have nekomata but kinda bench her cuz i want to play piper. There’s just something with spin to win character that i like lol. I also like summon characters, so i play lucy as well (traded her in shop). Lucky me they both on the same faction so i got extra buff!
It's too early for anything definitive to be said about any character! I think any character built and played well will clear faster than the average player using the 'S-Tier' comps. Also Billy is kind of great at this content(multi-unit). I doubt he clears significantly slower than a similarly built S-Tier driver comp.
Billy kinda grew on me as I kept lvl him up and give him some nice gears he's really really easy to spam chain attacks as well as dodging like a ultra instinct goku I know everyone doesn't like him very much as he is a one trick pony but that's the charm of him.

its also great because the damage bonus from crouch shot applies to the dash attack, making it even better for crowds.

Would Billy, Piper and Lucy be a good team? I tried amby instead of piper but I cleared out missions faster with Piper thanks to assault damage.

Instead of lycaon, you can use piper or nekomana or grace.
